I ordered a grande salted Carmel cold brew with extra cream. I was given it it a grande cup and told "sorry I didn't put it in a... big cup" I said I had asked for extra cream. I was told regardless of size the amount of cream was the same. She offered to pourit into a bigger cup. I said ok and again (for the 4th time) asked for extra cream. She again explained the amount of cream isthe same....I know that is why I wanted it in a bigger cup so I could get more! She refused. I worked at sbx for 5 years. I amirate. Worst customer service. Not sure what they don't get.. I've gone there twice & had to take it back the first time and tell them what goes in the drink &... today I refuse to take it back again but noone can drink this.. waste of time & money..but at least I got some stars out ofit???? do better! Read more

Of the MILLIONS of starbucks, West 10th street location is my absolute favorite! Staff is always friendly, my drink is made to... perfection, and the one/two times it wasn't, they were quick to make it right and offer my next drink "to be on them". For asmaller location, they still have a bit of merchandise to offer and it's normally pretty "unique" considering they are such asmall location. Read more
