I placed my order (7 partners on the floor and no one ahead of me in line), and I waited 15 minutes, but they never made my... drink. I tried to get several of the baristas' attention, but to no avail. I finally asked for a refund. When I asked for thename of the store manager, Josh told me he was the shift supervisor. When I explained him what had happened, he simply said "wehave on-line orders to deal with as well." No apology; no offer of any type of compensation. He just voided my transaction andwalked away. I go there often to meet a friend. It is clean and the employees are very kind. Great atmosphere and you can talk and not be... bothered by any other people. I like that I can sit inside or outside. Read more

1. I asked for 2 pumps of brown sugar in my drink and it had no taste whatsoever of brown sugar. Brown sugar has a a distinctive... taste and it wasn?t there. I believe they left it out. 2. I asked for my Danish to be double toasted, it didn?t look doubletoasted nor did it taste double toasted not did it feel double toasted. 3. The window employee seemed very rushed, well he mademe feel he was rushing and he want personable at all. I?m not sure if it was me, my skin color, or him, but he made me feeluncomfortable. Starbucks isnt my favorite place but this one was super efficient. They were really busy and still courteous and quick.
