I placed my order (7 partners on the floor and no one ahead of me in line), and I waited 15 minutes, but they never made my... drink. I tried to get several of the baristas' attention, but to no avail. I finally asked for a refund. When I asked for thename of the store manager, Josh told me he was the shift supervisor. When I explained him what had happened, he simply said "wehave on-line orders to deal with as well." No apology; no offer of any type of compensation. He just voided my transaction andwalked away.
