They got my order wrong. And the lady remaking my order was trying to be argumentative to see if it was my name on the cup or if... I said the right order. Putting the blame on me instead. She took forever to remake my drink too while she in front of me. Read more

Don't waste your time here like we did! My kids love Starbucks so we thought we'd get a drink after shopping at the mall.... Although the line was long, it moved quickly. And the guy behind the register was friendly and kind. However, after waitingalmost 20 minutes for my drinks, I asked the lady (large black lady with 2 braids, red ends) if she knew how much longer mydrink would be. We had received 3 out of our 4 drinks and people behind us were getting theirs. She turned to me and snapped andsaid they were busy and she couldn't get to everybody. She didnt ask my name nor what my drink was. I wasn't demanding or rude.Simply wondering if I was next or if they even had my next ticket. Plus, your job is LITERALLY to "get to everybody"! You needto make EVERY customers order!! After waiting another 10 minutes I went back in line and asked for a refund. At that point theguy behind the register asked her where our ticket was. She then said she never got it. We waited 30 minutes for a mangodragonfly refresher!!! Finally another guy there just said he would make it but they wouldn't give me my money back. The drinkthey finally gave us was cleay NOT what we ordered and waited for. Regretfully, we took it and left. The lack of hospitality andthe rudeness of the large lady with the braids is reason enough for me to NEVER return to this location. Read more

Extremely slow service, waitress 6 minutes to get my order taken. Then waited another 20 for it to be made and it wasn?t even... busy. Need more employees and a better system Read more

Placed an order on the mobile app, but had to wait 20+ minutes for my order. They were doing their best, but also super, spey... busy! The lines were really long in store as well. Read more

Ordered ahead and my drink was made promptly, I was grateful for that. I always check to see if my drink has been stirred, it... hadn't. It looked like curdled milk was on the bottom of my cup. I asked the barista if it was the white mocha, and if the couldstir it. Instead of acknowledging my questions, they told me they'll just remake it. I said thank you, but got my drink back theexact same as the first one. I just simply wanted it stirred but they were in such a hurry- that was ignored. I was told to keepboth drinks but I threw them away. I'm sad because I wasted my free bday drink on nothing. Read more

One of the busiest locations. People don?t seem to chat and smile as much anymore which is odd and it really has brought the... mood down noticeably, however, the employees were lovely as sweet as usual. Give this one a top top 5 star rating for all aroundfastest service. Read more
