Waited 40+ minutes in the drive through. Will not be back.
My husband and I tried to order online at 8:42pm and the online order option was unavailable. We then came in to get a smoothie... at 8:50pm. We knew SK closed at 9:00pm. But when we walked in, we were turned away and told they were ?closed? even though therewere five people working and the door was still open. When we politely questioned the time, workers said they closed early. Weare huge SK fans and are frequent customers. This was disappointing to us. Read more
The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the smoothies are good but I waited in the drive thru line for over 25... minutes for a freaking smoothie. The line wasn?t even long so I don?t understand why it took over 25 minutes to get a smoothie.This was absolutely ridiculous and I will be taking my business to another Smoothie King in the future! This place is AWFUL!!! it never was this bad in the past. I am literally writing this in the line. I literally have sat in... line for an hour?for what?! Still haven?t even gotten to the front. Today I stopped by to grab a smoothie on my way to work. The worker in the window had the same gloves on eating her breakfast,... placing the top on my drink and collecting my payment. I opt for a new drink the second worker is making my drink with no glovesso I declined that drink and when I requested a refund the owners response was what is the problem now we made the drink over. Iexplained my concerns she seemed to be upset about and asked for a drink back that I never accepted to begin with. I will notstop at this location again I think gloves should be worn or at least changed after eating or handling payment. Just a case ofterrible customer service to me?. Read more
