So the food is pretty good. Breakfast served all day and prices are comparable to post-pandemic times. Service is top notch and... the speed at which these cooks put out the food is nothing short of phenomenal. And I would swear their desserts are all bakeddaily. But, beware of their auto-gratuity on orders $50 or more regardless of party size. We were not notified of this and hadto ask about it at the register. I still do not know how much my tip amount was but I figured it to be around 21%. Ifauto-gratuity doesn't bother you, then visit here! But just be warned ahead of time so you don't receive a shock like I did.Sero's, if you read this, PLEASE, for the love of God, POST this policy on your door, add it to every menu, have every waiterand waitress mention it to each patron, and post it on your plexiglass divider at the register. It is policy like this thatleaves a bad taste in customer's mouths if they are sticker-shocked and not made aware of what they are paying for, especiallywhen a patron may have left more if it had been up to them.
