If I could give less than one star I would I sat in the drive through for almost an hour last night with only one car in front... of me, they wouldn?t take their order and said they were short staffed. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to bepatient but they proceeded to make orders for doordash drivers pulling through the other side. Never took a single order for thedrive through the entire time I was there so I left. If they are having system issues then they should just close and put up asign rather than let a line of 8 cars sit and wait for over an hour before telling them they can?t take their order after all. I have now been sitting in the drive through for an hour. Five cars have left the drive through while I?ve been here. The first... car in line has not moved. This is a recurring problem at this location. Walk up orders apparently have priority over thecustomers in the drive through. Waited at speaker for almost 10 minutes before being greeted, ordered food waited another 10 -13 minutes. Burger was old hockey... puck. I used to work for Rally's and this would have never went out to any customer I ever served. I remeber how we cooked ourburgers and this was completely the opposite. Location needs an upgrade. Went Monday, sat in line for 22 minutes, they took 1 order, so I left. Wanted to give them another chance. Went today... (Thursday) and sat in line for 16 minutes and they did not take a single order in that time. They did give food to the UberEats driver, but the other line didn't move. 2 other cars left as well. As you can see in the picture, the chicken is completely raw in the middle. Tried to call the store. No one answered. I?m... legitimately sick to my stomach. Update: I got really sick, the ?response from owner? messages have to be automatic and forshow because nothing happened, I haven?t spoke to anyone, nor has anyone tried to rectify the situation in any way.
