The food gets this location its stars. The service is okay at best. They'll probably ignore you completely if your order isn't... ready. But when they do talk to you, they're generally nice. Who ever was working there tonight was thee worst. He was on his phone pants was sagging and wasn?t helpful at all. I was at the... window waiting to make an order and he wasn?t there. I pulled around to the opposite side and he was finally there. I asked if Icould just make my order now. He closed the door with an attitude and walked to the opposite side. I visited this mediocre establishment Friday July 8th at about 2.am and ordered a number one MEAL large with very specific... instructions on NO TOMATO and NO onion, I also ordered another meal which was a rally burger MEAL medium also with no onion andnot only were the burgers made INCORRECTLY with the toppings I asked NOT to have. but they also somehow prepared BOTH burgers onthe WRONG buns, fries were VERY over-cooked and the two black male employees who looked like Ray and Clyde from the AfricanAmerican classic called ?LIFE? were unable to sell milkshakes, ice cream cones, smoothies, icees, cheese fries and spicychicken, this leaving me unable to fulfill my order properly , as well as receiving rushed and unsatisfactory service made thisexperience ONE star and for $25 I expected better service than what I received so I HIGHLY encourage anyone considering latenight eats from this place to go home and bake a pizza cause they?ll make you WISH that you had ! This is the absolute worst place to order from. The staff doesn?t care. I put in a pick up order and it was supposed to be ready... at 11:43! I just got in the car with my food. And there was no napkins, not customer freaking service!!!! No wonder human jobsare ran by robots because these people have no home training clearly rally?s isn?t giving them job training.
