The service was not great. It took more than 10 minutes for the girl to take my order... and I was AT the window! She got it... wrong giving me 2 big bufords and a mr pib. I only ordered 1 and a Coke. She took the other sandwich and put it by the cashregister and told me they don't have Coke. I didn't ask for fries but they turned out to be the best item. It is so sad how inconsistent the service at Rally's has become. You just never know what you get anymore. Today's order... featured a rally burger with about a 1/4 inch tomatoes on one side of the burger and a rubbery chilli dog with luke warm chilli. Both with cold buns. This was right at opening so I thought it would be better than my usual late night orders but so suchluck. It may have been acceptable at the old prices but with the price increase I think I may as well go somewhere else. Read more
Horrible customer service this evening and he tried to argue on how much change I gave him. Then as I get the food out to feed... the kids, my order was wrong. I don't know if they don't know how or are just bad at their jobs but they need to do better. Badcustomer service really turns me off from a business more than anything. Read more
Super fail.. last time I was here they made you figure out how to order online. Which costs $2+ on top of your food. Today it... appears as if you order at the drive up, then once you get to the window and pay they actually start cooking your order. I wasin line over half an hour. That?s from ordering to just pulling up to the window. 4 cars. I expected somebody to have a hugecomplex order, looked like everyone got a bag big enough for a couple sandwiches and fries.
