Staff was nice and it wasn't too long of a wait at all, but everytime I go there my order is messed up. This time I got spicy... chicken sandwichs and it was just mayo and chicken, not even on the sesame seed bun. I'll still go here but just always a rollof the dice. Read more

Fantastic bang for your buck, especially the mix and match 2 for 4 buck options. They really know how to hustle here so you... never wait much. And of course the fries are every bit as good as everyone says. I definitely recommend here if you want cheapand fast that's still good Read more

The young man taking my order was worried more about his phone then handling my order. General practice to give napkins with a... order, I had to ask for napkins. I feel he felt I was not important rather I was inturupting his day ?.. Read more

I haven't had Rally's in about 5 years. I had a bad experience back then but decided to give them another try today. I remember... why it's been 5 years. It's a spot you want to love but can't. I pull up and the speaker was down. There was a sign thatdirected customers to oull to the window. I order an 8 peice tender and fry lovers size fry. I wait about 15-20 minutes on 3cars including mine. I finally get my order, and count the tenders. I received 6. 6 decrepit piece tenders. The fries? Overcooked. I may try again in another 5 years if that spot is still there by then. Read more

Hand written note pull up to window. So we did! Waited for 6 mins or so. Honked the horn. Nothing. Finally pull off and 3... employees sitting out side. One smoking, other sitting on the phone. The other coming out with a guess a trash bag. I work incustomer service and this is ridiculous. Read more

Horrible customer service. Apparently the speaker was down so I had to just pull up. I was ok with that, however I waited for... about 20 minutes for my order to be completed. There were only about three employees on shift?corporate needs to do betterbecause it takes more than that to run a restaurant. If your severely short staff close the store instead of wasting peoplestime and money. And the staff showed extremely poor customer service. They had no sense of urgency or organization. Thedrive-thru worker walked out of the store to socialize instead of doing her job. Leaving only two workers in the store to finishorders. I get to the delivery order window to pick up my drive thru order and an employee asks me what I had ordered, andproceeds to give me only half of my order forgetting my burger. I have to wait another five minutes for the employee to give mea messy burger that is UNDERCOOKED. This burger was made into a double for the wait and both patties were pink. Staff was alsoextremely loud and carefree. I do not come to Rally?s often and this has by far been my worse experience at any fast foodrestaurant. I wish I would?ve saved my $13 because this was not worth it AT ALL. When hiring employees Rally?s needs to do waybetter. Read more

Speaker is broken so you can't order until you get to the window. Once you reach the speaker, it's too late to leave because... you're blocked in due to the way the drive through lane is configured. Stayed in that line for minimum 30 minutes waiting forthe cars ahead of me to order and get their food. Never going back. Read more

Why oh why didn't I read these reviews before visiting this Rally's today??? At this point, Rally's Corporate needs to shut down... this location; like many others in the Indianapolis area. I start off by saying that I was having a great day today and myencounter with the LOVELY employees at this location kind of spoiled it. I pulled up at the speaker and there is a note postedthat the speaker isn't working and to pull up to the window. I do so and wait..and wait for several minutes. Someone finallycomes to the window and says we're only taking orders at walk up. Okay, so I park my car and walk to the window. I then wait acouple of more minutes for someone to come to take my order. The person that comes to the window looks like she is extremelyhigh off of something and catches me off guard. Nonetheless, I kindly say "Hi, I have 2 orders". I'm on my lunch break from workand a co-worker asked if I could pick something up for her. Before the 'high' looking staff member could take my order. Thefirst person I encountered at the window says "we're not taking 2 orders only one". I then stated, "that you must not want anybusiness". She reacts by saying, "I'm the GM and we have had enough orders for the day". I start laughing and am in disbeliefthat a so-called GM would say such a thing. They weren't that busy. There was only one car there waiting on their order and Ididn't believe that. This message is for the Owner/Operator of this location. If you are comfortable with these negative reviewsand wish to lose customers and revenue, you may want to make some changes. Starting with whomever is in charge of the PendletonPike location. The staff person that claimed to be the GM looked like she jumped out of bed, put her pink hair into 2 ponytails, ran a 5k marathon, and went to work with a bad attitude. I'm sure I am a long list of dissatisfied customers that will notpatronize this location ever again and may in fact never patronize another Rally's/Checkers location ag Read more
