Something strange going on with the staff at dinner service. I tried to get food there twice tonite. The first time at 7pm -- I... was 2nd in line but the line did not move for 10 minutes, at which point I left to come back later. I returned at 8pm and was1st in line, but the staff looked like they were cleaning up and avoided looking at me and the other customers in line. Closing time is posted as 10pm. At least the staff could have said something to us. So after 10 minutes, I (and the peoplebehind me) left and went to Los Cabos next door. Read more

I've been to this location many times. Staff don't know how to toss a burrito so I've reverted to burrito bowls. Often crunchy... rice. Frequent technology issues, poor cleanliness of tables. Unfortunate, because I love Qdoba. Read more
Another failure of a Qdoba due to poor choices in management. I came in, being pleasant to staff - basic please and thank you.... Paid for my food and went to sit down...literally every table inside was dirty...from fingerprints to food crumbs to drinkrings, etc so I go back to the register where there were 3 people in line and asked if someone could wipe down a table so Icould sit down to eat. Alleana, who is pictured and claims she is the manager, cashed my order out at 2:44PM. I asked herimmediately after to clean a table. The time is now 3:14PM and despite standing, with my disability and waiting patiently forher to clean a table, she has still come up with every excuse not to. Her initial claim was that bleach is used to clean thetables and she did not want to handle food with bleach on her hands. Unfortunately, her claim does not pass muster because sheis handling money - the dirtiest item in circulation - plus food and not washing her hands in between. After all customers weregone, Alleana picked up a broom and started sweeping the floor - yes! While I was still patiently waiting for a clean table. Inthe interim, two gentlemen who saw me waiting offered to clean the table and she would not permit them to do so. When asking whothe manager was, Alleana informed me she had called her manager concerning the issue and spoken with them to clear her decision- mind you, in the time it took to do so she could have simply cleaned the table, but ok. I informed her I intended to contacttheir corporate office and simply wanted to name the manager, not needing to speak with them. She said "I don't care". Iexplained to her how rude she was being and without cause given that I had been so polite. I took a photograph so thatmanagement can identify exactly who I was speaking with in hopes that they will provide her with leadership training so sheknows how to treat customers and to consider the importance of how she handles individuals with disabilities. I love qdoba and usually go to the clay terrace location and they are wonderful. This location was more convenient for me today... but i wish i hadn?t gone. They served me horrible overcooked chips so I couldn?t enjoy my nachos. Read more

This place has absolutely no organization. I placed an online order at 6:14 for 4 burrito bowls. It wasn't a complicated order... whatsoever, two of them very underwhelming by just having a protein with rice sour cream and cheese. The order was due to beready for pickup at 6:29 but when we returned at 6:31 it still was not ready mind you when the order was placed, there wasabsolutely no cars at the establishment. Since I had approximately 15 minutes toy with I ran across the street to grab thefamily some beverages and once we returned parking lot was completely filled to the max. So 15 minutes after our meals wasscheduled to be complete we still waited. People off of the street walked in place an order and walked out or dined in as wecontinued to wait for our online order. There appear to be one cook,one person at the register, and two working to executeorders for customers placing in-store orders. Who was delegated to work the online orders???? I'm still trying to figure thatout. Oh let me not leave out before we left to get the beverages a young lady was on the smoke break and once we returned adifferent individual was on the smoke break and that's fine they should take they break when they're do a break. But one ofthose individuals taking a break was a manager who flew from the back like Clark Kent turn Superman to save the day to assist.All in all about 50 minutes after my order was made or food was received. I used grubhub they came at the very last minute the receipt was right but my stuff was not in my bag and my kids food was... freezing then to top it off they closed said on the app I?ll be receiving a refund within 5 days when it only took seconds forthem to take my money and now I?m starving.
