Came here today. We were the only people in line. No employees said a word to us. We waited thinking that after the girl... finished the online order she was working on she?d help us. Another employee came up, looked right at us, put on his gloves andproceeded to help her with the order she was working on. At no time did anyone say one word to us. Another customer walked in.He wasn?t acknowledged either. We waited and waited and finally gave up and walked out. As we were walking out they acknowledgedthe customer behind us and start helping him. What did we do to deserve that kind of treatment? If they didn?t want us eatingthere they should?ve just told us instead of wasting our time. Never eaten at this restaurant before and I can tell you I neverwill now. Read more
I really can?t put into words how amazing this location is. A couple years ago I wouldn?t have stepped foot in this location.... After Jared took over management, it?s been nothing but amazing service after amazing service. The line workers, cashier, andthe cook are also amazing. Jared is always in line helping out and greeting customers. Hands down best Qdoba location and theyreally deserve the recognition for it. This is such a high volume area and to perform exceeding standards every single visit isan accomplishment. Well done to Jared and all of his staff. Read more
Had a pickup order. Came in and wasn?t ready. Told the lady the name she said it?s coming. Line was not long three people in... line and cashier printed out orders and started filling them three orders later she filled and they are just sitting there oncounter I still didn?t get mine. So now she made orders for people who isn?t there instead of mine as I been standing there. Icanceled the order 20 minutes later. If I could give a 0 I would. Read more
Will never order from here again. Messed the first order up, did not inform me they did not have shrimp. Did not send the queso... cheese the first time. Second time remaking it they still did not add the rice or fajita peppers. It looks like a bowl of runnylettuce. Read more
Usually love Qdoba, so this was kinda tough to write. There was a kid who was working today, 8/8/2022, did not know how to wrap... a burrito. The moment I opened my tinfoil all of my burrito contents fell out and I had to eat with a fork. He basically touchedand violated my burrito for like 5 minutes and then crumpled it up with the tinfoil. I know it?s not his fault, but whoevermanages this location, please educate your employees and ensure they are fit for working! Read more
My husband came to this location this evening. He was informed as he went to order that they had ?no food? no chicken, no beef... etc.. one of the employees told him they were told they couldn?t cook anything! ????. He said the employees were just sittingaround. Why even open and allow customers I. If you?re not cooking or serving anyone? Came here for lunch on the weekend. It was pretty slow, so I got through the line pretty quickly. Got a bowl, standard,... nothing extra in it, and an order of chips and queso. Chips were stale, and the bowl was only about half full. It didn't eventouch the lid. Didn't used to be like that. Ate it all and was still hungry. Basically got half a lunch for $21. Look! I love me some Qdoba. But today was one of the worst experiences I?ve had. I get a mini and make it a meal (love that... idea), however none of the hot items were hot which means within 5 mins that took for me to start eating, my food wascold????.But then the kicker to the whole thing?..my chips were cold and stale????. I could have went to Taco Bell if I wantedsubpar food.Please do better. Read more
