Showed up to this location at 7:30pm tonight to find the door locked. This location closes at 10PM. A male employee signaled for... me to come a side door. Upon approaching the side door, he asked if I had placed an online order. I said no. He said he is onlytaking online orders. I asked him whats the difference between me ordering online or in person. He said his register is messedup and he can?t access it. I go out the the to write this review and he comes out and signals me to come in. I don?t trust it.The whole thing feels weird. Ordered from Doordash before the store was listed as closed on Doordash (which was 50 mins before the store actually closed to... customers). This was 9pm. Dasher showed up, said the girl working was extremely rude and she stated she couldn't find the order.I can't imagine this store being slammed at 9pm for the night, so it seems they just wanted to get out of there an hour early. This establishment is poorly run. I did an online order and not a single thing was correct. I had tomatos and beans in my... burrito when I explicitly said NONE. I got ZERO of my "on the side" sauces. There was 1/2 as much meat as should be, with 2x theamount of rice. I DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR SOUR CREAM yet both my bowl and burrito contained it. My choice was the burrito at Qodoba because it was easier to eat and share than the tacos. There were plenty of tacos and... burritos on the menu for me, and they were all served hot and fresh. The meat and toppings are tasty and perfectly cooked, andthe tortillas are warm and pliable to go with them.
