They couldn't get the simply concept that I wanted a quesadilla, started making me a burrito. I didn't really mind just would... change my topping I start getting my burrito toppings they switch it to a quesadilla. I don't want hot soggy lettuce in aquesadilla so I tell them to just make it a burrito. They switch it back to a burrito than wrap it up without even listening tome for the rest of my toppings. An absolute nightmare trying to get a simple quesadilla. I've never had this much trouble withsomeone listening before it's a shame I usually love Qdoba. Read more

Food quality is very good here when they don't run out of what you want. They have also had staffing issues so it's hit and miss... when they're open and if it's online only or not. I enjoy going there and understand both of those issues but can't give 5 starswhen those continue to occur. Read more

I get food from this location almost every week and have never had a problem! This store is doing the best they can and working... hard even with the employee shortage and food supply shortage. I checked Google and it stated that this Qdoba opens at 11 AM. I show up to the location and find the doors locked and a piece... of paper stating that they open at 12 PM. I also see that they take only online orders at 11 AM but don?t allow dine incustomers. I don?t mind that they open at 12 PM but the Inaccuracy display of time is very misleading. Especially when I drive15 minutes to eat delicious Qdoba food and plan my time accordingly. Just a find out that they don?t open until 12 PM is verydisappointing. I had a very bad experience today during my lunch break. I had ordered my lunch for pick up at 11:15am. When I got back to my... job my husband and I began to eat our food. Upon biting the first part of the quesadilla I noticed a big bolt on my quesadilla.I was in shock on to what I have bit into. I went back to let the associates know what i had experience and everything just wentwrong. the associates working at that time didnt care on to what I had to say. There was a lady that was very unprofessionaland said what do you want. I let her know that there was a bolt on my food and she still didnt seem to care. in a rude mannershe then asked if I wanted her to make me another quesadilla or what. I felt very uncomfortable for the way this associate wastreating me. There was another lady there and they just kept passing the issue to one another (again reminding you that I was onmy 30min lunch break) she finally just handed me a coupon to make things "better" I am filling this complaint due to the pooretiquette your associates have at this location. Especially the way to handle things. How can a bolt be in a quesadilla. wasthis an intentional thing? I am very upset on what happened. I have been buying from Qdoba constantly always trying to give themthe benefit of a doubt. I am always having an issue, that location needs to be addressed or closed until further and propertraining is done. this was just unsanitary! I hope to hear back from this. Great food here! The bowl is good and the Diablo Chicken Nachos is also good. You can?t go wrong with Mexican. And also big... enough place to seat and eat comfortable omg amazing I will recommend this place any day My family and i love it here amazing???? Read more
