The online order was incorrect upon delivery. We called the store to get it resolved, but the service at the store when I drove... to pick up the correct order was met by ?we did the order right? and I had to explain each part that was incorrect more thanonce to get my correct order. We thought originally the nacho order (the new order received pictured below) was the onlyincorrect order, but no element of the order was correct, and they proceeded to give us stale chips and cold food upon comingback to the store for the corrected order. I will not be returning to this Qdoba as I am a high ranking rewards member in theQdoba app and this experience disappointed me as other Qdoba locations are better quality. Read more

Went on my lunch break with an hour to spare. Waited in line for 30 min. They had only 2 people up front and 1 just making... online orders and in person orders. Her gloves were broke on her thumb and she had long fake nails ???? she kept touching themonitor and then touching peoples food. The tortilla they gave me was so hard and old. The floors are a mess in there. I hateleaving bad reviews but I don?t want people to waste their time coming here. Read more

We placed an online order at 10:45am that said it would be ready between 11:30-11:40. When we walked in at 11:40 not only was... our order not started but we waited almost 45mins for them to even start it. The employees and manager have poor communicationwith customers and eachother bickering at eachother on the line. They are unorganized and no one has a clue what to work onnext. A suggestion is to have 2 lines designated for in house and online because this is unacceptable!!!! We will not be back tothis location. Read more

Food is good. I gave a 2 star because I ordered my food online at 6:30pm, it was suppose to be ready at 6:53. I didn't get my... food until 7:40pm. When I tried to ask about my order I was told hold on and no one ever helped me with my question. They werebusy but good customer service should ignore a customer. Read more

Wow when I say such a big improvement!!! The store is clean even the bathrooms the manager on duty her name was Kimberly great... customer service moved the line quickly and correctly there was 3 people on front line and everything was there didn?t have towait even the fajitas yes! again wow what a great experience it seems like the higher management cares to give hours instead ofjust taking our money now they care KEEP THE FRONT FULL OF EMPLOYEES AND WE CAN EAT LUNCH AND BREAKFAST FINALLY A GREATEXPERIENCE!!! The process of ordering and checking out is super slow and awkward for the employees. Arrived just before Dinner rush and only... 2 people on the front line. Took extra long to get food and check out. The food was still warm and tasty thankfully. But, theyneed better management. Oh and prices have gone up which I kind of expected. Read more

If I could give it a zero I would. This location has gone extremely down hill. They act like they have an attitude all the time... you?re there. They almost always have half the menu when I go. This most recent time I went (7/6/22) they didn?t have the shrimpthat they were advertising, let the line build all the way around the store, talking on their AirPods. I waited in line beforethe rush for 30 minutes for a simple plain chicken bowl. The lady before me at the check out asked for chips while the girlworking the register was filling bags of chips. The girl looked up at her with an attitude and told her they didn?t have anymorechips (after filling 3 or 4 bags). The lady asked about the ones she just served and to which the girl replied they were onlyfor the online orders. Didn?t even have straws for the drinks. Once I got to the register, I was talked to with an attitudewhile I had done nothing to this girl. I would name if I could but the name tag seemed too smeared to read out. Awful service, placed a mobile order and waited 40 minutes for it to be made; lady making the orders was very rude and said that... she was already doing mobile orders before she could get to mine despite the fact the orders she was making were after mine.This location absolutely sucks and I?m tired of the fact that none of the employees or management seem to care about theircustomers. If you want Qdoba you?d have a much better experience with the one in Castleton. Read more
