A Story of Redemption We ate here nine months ago, and had our worst experience with any Puccini's we've visited. At that... time, I gave this Puccini's a one star review. We ate there this evening, and the difference was 180°. The staff weregenuinely pleasant; our order came as we wanted AND the waiter made a suggestion for an additional ingredient (fresh basil) inmy calzone which tied everything together. (My calzone was a make-your-own. The basil did indeed tie everythingtogether.) Note: this was the first solid food I'd eaten since undergoing a major operation the previous week, and thatcalzone and the salad were absolutely worth it! Happy to award five stars. ? ------======******O******======------ Generally,we love Puccini's/Buccetto's, and we love their food; but tonight neither our teeth nor our mouth are smiling. I went to thislocation to place a to-go order. The attendant told me they were very busy, led me to a seat -- and I waited, and waited, andwaited, and waited. Nobody came. I finally went up to the counter and asked if I could make a to-go order, since nobody hadwaited on me. The attendant rudely told me they were busy, and they would be happy to serve me at my seat. I told them I hadalready waited 20 minutes, and it would take absolutely no longer to make an order to take out than it would to serve me at atable -- and either way, I still hadn't been waited on. I finally gave up and left. C'mon, folks: you're better than this. It takes absolutely no more time to create an order for takeout than it takes to serve one at a seat. Maybe we're in apandemic, but that doesn't mean your servers need to throw attitude at customers and not wait on them. I don't like givingone-star reviews, but tonight's service was far below par. Chicken dinner salad was very basic. It just didn't blend well and the dressing didn't help. I'm not sure how you mess up ... salad, but this one may need to be replaced on the menu. Especially, if that's how it is supposed to taste. Read more

I called to place an order, was immediately placed on hold. I waited for 15 minutes until they hung up on me. I immediately call... back and they take my order. When I arrive to pick up the food, the place is empty. They were not busy at all. This is thesecond time this has happened in the last month. I?ve been eating at this place for 10 years and the last 2 years have beenawful. The salad in the picture doesn?t even have cheese and was barely thrown together. This place has gone downhill. Is that a kids fettuccini Alfredo??no just a very small portion of cooked noodles with a dash of sauce. If you enjoy a bed of... soggy bread topped with semi melted hard cheese, order their garlic bread. And want a salad with a simple request of cheeseonly? Well that simple request just means they will make your salad 90% cheese and give you no dressing to eat your ?cheese?salad with. Last pic is me throwing it right back into the bag it came in to throw it in the trash where it most definitelybelongs. We had a great visit here while visiting the area. Met with smiling faces and a pleasant atmosphere. Server was prompt and kept... my beverage filled and checked back often but not bothersome.
