Seriously such a fantastic restaurant for my wife’s birthday dinner. We came during devour Indy (recommend checking them out... some time for this promotion) but we did the Chefs Tasting Menu. What an incredible 6 course experience. The portions are small,but very flavorful. It was worth the money in our opinion. The bisque was amazing and rich. Hamachi plates were beautiful worksof art- fried capers and rice emulsion were just some tasty and unique flavors! Lobster risotto had more filling power, wellmade made and tastes great. Quail was good. Now, the Japanese Wagyu - comes with assortments of different salts to taste.Incredible. So tender, just amazing taste. And then we finished with the best beignets I’ve ever had.
