Just moved to this area from the Westside and it?s pretty ok over here for right now. First I gotta say on 12/06/2022 I ended up... stopping here round 7:40ish pm to see no cars in the line. I thought what a surprise right, nope! I pulled up and realize on thescreen it looked like a limited menu with chicken. Only thing I seen chicken tender combo, chicken bites combos, the chickensandwiches, typical sides and desserts and that was it. I had no option but to get two chicken sandwiches one spicy and theblackened chicken sandwich which was TERRIBLE?. It was over seasoned and not juicy as the regular spicy chicken sandwich. Thefries were ok but semi lukewarm tbh and the lemonade was a 3.5/5 and homegirl who was taking orders that night was really sweetshe the only reason I gave it a 3 star. Read more

This place needs to be shut down or whoever owns this needs to come in to take a look.. They close 2-3 hours early, they often... have a limited menu. tonight 11/29 they say they only have bone in chicken out of everything on their menu, other times theydon?t have fries, or they only have regular no spicy chicken. I love the Red Beans & Rice. If I order a larger I tend to get an extra side of the Red Beans so that I won't have too much... rice. I ordered the Famous Fried Chicken this time. It was fresh and hot. The macaroni & cheese is really good (like shouldfood), BUT it is pricey @ $4 for a regular side. Typically I will order chicken strips. Last 3 times I've come to this one, they always start off "it's gonna be a 20 minute wait". You spend all that time waiting, and... food is still cold and hard like it's sat there the entire 20 minutes. I don't understand the point besides trying to scare awaybusiness so they don't have to work. Last time the lady was polite at the window and apologized for the wait, but the food wasstill hard. Approaching the drive thru, I thought to myself. Oh!! Great! This is gonna take forever. However, it didn't. There went from... being seven cars in front of us. I went to a Popeyes for the first time in what feels like 13 years. I wanted to get the famous chicken sandwich that I had heard... about on the Food Theory channel on YouTube. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted, which was fine. Everyone looked busy, and I'veworked in fast food before. What bothered me was when I was finally greeted, it was by a lady with her back to me. I didn't evenknow she was talking to me when I realized she said, "someone will be with you shortly." At least look at me and acknowledge Iexist. ???? A few seconds later, the cashier came back up and greeted me properly. I asked if it could be made fresh and wastold that the chicken had just come up 5 minutes. That's not fresh. Chicken dried out under those heat lamps quickly, but Ididn't complain and said, "That's fine." Why they didn't just make them fresh, I have no clue. Then I went to get a drink, andthey only have two options on their machine. The root beer was out. The front of the house was dirty, and stuff hadn't beenwiped down in a while. I walked outside to sit in my car to eat my chicken sandwich, and as I thought, it wasn't fresh at all.It wasn't enjoyable. Expect to be greeted by Victoria when you walk in. She's friendly and the right person for the front desk. I'm not familiar with... the menu, so I took my time to place my order. That didn't seem to put her out. She gave me my options and side dishes. She wasvery pleasant with the next customer. I appreciate a happy employee when I eat out. It makes it easy to spend my money.
