Haven't been to one in a few years thought I would try it again. The food was hot and served quickly. But the quality of the... chicken tenders I got was a bit lacking in size and volume. I have noticed a change at Popeyes. On the last few visits, when I've gone thru drive thru, It's been very friendly, accurate,... and fast! This place is terrible! Everytime I come here it's always food missing and people with. attitudes. I rode all the way from 116th... Allisonville back down here AGAIN for missing food. I made a mistake and call the Fishers location the manager offered to makemy order over completely. Then we realized I called the wrong store. I called castletons popeyes which is the correct one theyare rude. Then instead of making my order over they offered to give me 5 pieces of chicken and a large fry neglecting I had ashrimp. I mean attitudes disgusting. Then brings me the incorrect order again. The manager gave me the 5 pieces of chickenmissing for the 2nd time. I didn't realize they gave me popcorn shrimp instead of the hush puppy shrimp i ordered. I just saidforget it. Its truly sad that the rest of the crew was full of attitudes. Ordered an 11 piece meal and was informed they only had 11 pieces of chicken, a little more than an hour before closing, so I... took what they had which was only breast and wings. If you can get passed the rudeness and stank attitudes your lucky. Now here comes the fun part. The 15- 20 min wait at the drive... thru because the inside is closed. All to get chicken undercooked and cold nasty sides!! Please don't order the shrimp causeit's even worse than the chicken. Avoid the attitudes and the risk of being sick and just eat at home. First time with any Popeyes. Tried ordering ahead with the website and when I went in to pick the order I learned that it's... either DoorDash or counter. The outlet is unfamiliar with ordering ahead. Thankfully I was able to point to my KOT on theirscreen and be able to get my order processed. The sandwiches are unlike most I've ever had before. To be clear, this review is for my experience on 11/11/22. Our order was taken by an employee who seemed to be a bit agitated... with someone or something before we arrived. Her attitude was evident but since we didn't cause it we ordered anyway. After weclearly asked for a 4pc all dark meat meal, we get home and noticed that she gave us FOUR, FOUR chicken breast. WTH, who eatsthat much chicken breast! Receipt clearly says legs and thighs. That was deliberate! Went back and got a refund. You don't geta second chance to fix my food because now I don't trust the service. DONE with Popeyes! Read more
