I ordered food on Sunday October 9th. The door dash they sent my food out with kept my food. I have bee trying to get a refund,... but they have been giving me the run around. I was told I was the fourth person that night, that had happened to. I suggest noone order delivery through them. They are very unprofessional and I will be taking a trip up there. Read more

Ordered 5:01pm, after pizza came out of oven app updated and showed approx delivery 5:31pm, 6pm called store young lady said... their driver just left with pizza, 6:30pm - 7pm tried calling store 9 times, no answer. 7:02pm door dash shows up with my order. Pizza over cooked, dried out, room temperature needless to say it is garbage. Before the supposed owner replies with thestandard thanks for bringing to our attention and sorry message. Please do us all a favor and quit apologizing and actually FIXyour problems at the store or close it. Read more
So I order a pizza delivery on a friday evening an hour before they close and I never receive it, get a phone call nor text to... explain why. I call them before closing and dont get any lone to answer. I call back the next day and was just told it was"cancelled" for some unknown reason and they wont do anything to make it right. Ordered for delivery online said would be here at 655. Email stated at 640 it was on its way... I live 12 mins from there. Was... getting upset but with it being a sat I figured they were busy and was trying to be understanding. Received a phone call over 40mins later that they were waiting on a driver and the order would be there shortly. Why would it say the order is on its way ifit hasn't even left the store! Pizza Hut Your customer service is horrible!!!! My order arrived missing my 20oz Pepsi. I ordere through your app. It was... delivered by DoorDash. The driver sat here for 20 minuets while I attempted to contact the store. No one answered. I finallypaid the driver (missing drink and all) and let her get on her way. I continued to call this location and after about severalattempts, finally someone picked up, only to put me on hold to get his manager. I have been on hold for over an hour now. NO!!I am not hanging up! You will deal with me! Seriously! What has happened to customer service? I WILL NOT do business with yourcompany ever again! I am a service oriented business owner myself. If my customer service employees worked this way I?d firethem all! PS? at 10:32 PM after being on hold for one hour and 20 minutes. They hung up on me! Now! As far as I?m concerned,this is theft!
