So they sent my order through DoorDash when I didn?t order through DoorDash & he drove around time with my order for an hour. On... top of that I didn?t receive my 4 pack of sodas. Honestly this store has struggled pretty hard in the past couple years and even just a couple months ago. Tonight though they... killed it!! Our food was delivered quickly and hot. Probably the best pizza we have had from here in years!!! Read more

They use door dash to deliver and the food ALWAYS shows up cold because of it. If I wanted cold food I'd go to subway and get a... cold sandwich. Read more

1- Normally an early delivery would be appreciated. But I was told X amount of minutes. So I was not there. I had to hurry and... get there when I found out the driver was there. 2- I ordered a pizza with 2 types of pepperoni. Then paid extra for a 3rd type. I expected tons of pepperoni. There was hardly any at all. 3- I have called several times. No answer. Starting calling shortly after pizza was delivered. I have left at least 2 voice-mails . NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO ME!!! I did just fill out asurvey. We'll see if I get a response ???????? Read more

Ordered 8/21, delivery time said 25-35 minutes. A truly hilarious joke. I tried calling the store at least 4 times over the next... 3 hours with no answer, and was unable to leave a message because the voicemail was full. I eventually had to leave for a priorappointment 3.5 hours after my pizza should have been delivered. So I never received my order, which I ordered and paid for onthe Pizza Hut website. I complained via the online complaint form, and got an email from someone named Chris Blevins on 8/23saying that I'd get a refund in 3-4 business days. He also said that he would put a $20 credit on my account. (Sidenote: I haveno idea if he actually put a credit on my account, because Pizza Hut apparently does this ridiculous thing where they'll offeryou store credit and tie it to a specific store in such a way so that you can only use it by calling that store to order.Because the national website which I have an account on specifically so I do not have to call is apparently incapable of hostingmy credit?) Still had no refund on 8/30, so I called customer service who said it "might be a few more days" because they "putthe refund in late." Chris did not respond to the follow-up email I sent him after that call. It's now 9/10, a full 20 daysafter I paid for an order I never received, and I have still not been refunded. literally the only good thing I can say aboutPizza Hut at this point is that the people staffing the customer service phone line are fairly nice, polite folks who are doingtheir best and are almost definitely underpaid. This is the SECOND delivery like this with these poorly made pizzas. Its not even the delivery drivers fault these pizzas were... put in the box this way and actually delivered to a paying customer smh. Completely done with this Pizza Hut location. We willjust stick with Papa Johns Read more

I dont know why but pizza hut just cant make anything but brown pizza now. There's no cheese on top and the sauce is cooked dry... into the crust. It just tastes like bread that's sweet. How can this be. This is a cheese pizza with extra cheese. When thiscomes to the door my kids wont eat it because it's really dry. What a waste of time and money. It should at least be white withextra cheese. And this is one of the better ones as of lately. Pizza Hut should be ashamed to keep taking my money and servingthis up. Read more
