This is carryout only, not like the traditional sit down locations that really dont exists post Corona virus. But they get the... pizza right 90% of the time and we order a lot since we have a picky eater which is currently on a PH kick. It is a much betterstaff than they had a couple years ago, much more personable IMHO. Read more

This place needs shut down. We tried to order for the last time last night. Ordered online and pizza tracker said 25-35 minutes.... An hour later my husband calls the store, Tyler answers, my husband explains the situation to inquire about our food, and Tylerwanted to pretend he couldn't hear him and hung up on him. We called back several times from different numbers even, and no oneever answered again. We never recieved our food, a call, or even an email. The customer support line was a freaking joke too.This is all after the last two times trying to order and once being told they couldn't do cash deliveries because they had nodriver and had to rely on doordash, and another time being told they didn't have stuffed crust. We understand things happen, butyou can't have people just waiting for food to arrive and never even have the decency to call. We have kids...they finally atecereal at 8:30. The customer care line agent acted like because they didn't charge our card, that we're just not supposed tocare that our dinner never came without any kind of explanation- What a joke! Read more

Pizza hut on 10th St in Indianapolis is absolute trash, has been for years and will continue to be. Rude employees and its... absolutely apparent that the franchise owner is completely absent in the management of their business. I could not pickup my order because THE STORE WAS CLOSED (5PM on Wednesday). Mind you, I could pay for it, pre-order on the... website, etc. But the store was shut down, lights off, empty parking lot, and no employees in side. Very, very disappointed. I worked for Pizza Hut 2 decades ago and love to splurge on it for my team, but when the service isn't there, the brand namebecomes worthless. Read more

UPDATE: 01-03-2021 I did the online survey at the bottom of this review as per the response from Pizza Hut. It was a complete... waste of my time. Pizza Hut did NOTHING to make this experience right. They could care less as is shown by the number ofnegative reviews regarding this restaurant. They are only open 5 hours a day and still can?t do things right. I was notoffered a refund or replacement for my ice cold food and was informed by their cooperate manager that they have decided to letDoorDash do their deliveries for now on. So, if you want a pizza delivered from Pizza Hut, just order it directly throughDoorDash. No sense in paying a Pizza Hut delivery charge or tipping a Pizza Hut driver, because they are contracting itout. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!! I placed an online order for this Pizza Hut on November 29th. When I placedmy order, the website stated 25-35 minutes for delivery. An hour AFTER I placed my order, I called the restaurant to see whatwas going on. Lilly, the manager, insured me that my pizzas were on the way, but to be patient because she only had onedelivery driver working. 45 minutes later, I received a text from DOORDASH that my food was on the way. I called therestaurant back and Lilly admitted that my food had just left the restaurant. I paid a Pizza Hut delivery charge and added atip for the driver when I placed my order online. Regardless, 2 hours and 20 minutes AFTER I placed my order, a DOORDASH guypulled up in my driveway in a rusted out Camry with a headlight out. He was not wearing gloves or a mask when he walked up ontomy porch and set my ice cold food on our bench. $65 for food that we had to microwave. I filled out an online survey /complaint and the only person who responded to me was Heather Haggard. She told me that some guy named MIKE would be calling meabout this bad experience.
