The first time we ordered pizza from here, about a year or so ago, it was delivered insanely fast. The quality was ok, but the... delivery was 5 stars. When the Detroit Style pizza came out, we ordered 3 or 4 more times before it went away, every time thepizza was great and the delivery was FAST. When the Detroit style came back, we ordered a few more times with FAST delivery andEXCELLENT PIZZA.... HOWEVER... The last two times I've ordered form this store, about a month ago, the delivery took 45minutes. The pizza was cold and not so good. Tonight, I thought -- MAYBE that was a fluke, so I ordered again. Delivery wassupposed to be by 7:15, got it at 7:40. Cold. That's the last time I "Tip first" and wait for cold pizza. I will not be orderingfrom this store anymore as long as the delivery situation is this bad. $4.99 delivery fee, $7 tip in advance -- $13 extra todeliver me cold pizza. Nope. Read more
Pizza has been on the way for an hour and forty minutes. Have called the store multiple times, left messages and still no... response. Can?t reach anybody. I now expect a drawn out battle to get refunded for the order never received. Pay attentionto all the reviews. Avoid Read more
On Saturday, August 13th, I stopped in for a Pizza Lovers Thin Crust pizza. This was absolutely the worst pizza I have EVER had... from Pizza Hut. Not nearly enough pepperoni and very little cheese. It tasted like cardboard. I'll never come here again! Read more
This is the second time I?ve ordered from this location and the online ordering says 45-55 minutes and takes 2 hours to actually... be delivered. Today the order was placed at 7:03 and wasn?t deliver until almost 9:30. The gentleman that delivered said thefood was hot and sorry for the long wait so I was at least thankful for hot fresh food. That wasn?t case though. The breadstickslooked half baked and had no seasoning. The pizza was barely still warm. I ordered the big dinner box with 3 pizzas to feed 9people as we had guests over and the delivery took so long that our 5 guests left as it was getting late. I ordered 2 cheesecups as well and those weren?t in the box either. I wanted to give them another chance after my first experience thinking it wasa bad day for them but this proves it?s more than that. I?ll be calling tomorrow for a refund. Read more
If I could give no stars at all I'd be happy. Pan crust pizza was rock hard and cold!!! No flavor, nothing. The appearance was... awful. The pizza and some of the toppings were burnt, especially the mushrooms. It's as though all the focus was on the pastasand even they were bland and missing flavor. I've never tasted Alfredo that didn't taste like Alfredo til now. The cheesy breadsticks were the only thing that tasted good and had lots of flavor and AGAIN they weren't cut at all! Thrown into a boxuncut....this was the worst experience from Pizza Hut yet. And $40???? I could've done a lot more with my money! JustTERRIBLE....No more chances Pizza Hut. Read more
I manager was very rude. The pizza crust was so dry. The pizza looked uncooked. I called and told them they didn?t return my... money. And the manger ignored when I said the pizza looks uncooked. She left and went back and didn?t want to help me. Thiswasn?t Pizza Hut quality Read more
The customer service is absolutely terrible! I called because my account was charged 2 times and trying to figure it out. I was... told to call back after 8 to speak to the manager. I explained to the person on the phone I still wanted my order. After Ifinally figured it out and got home I was very disappointed in the food. On one of the pizzas there was no cheese at all. On theother several slices were crust only. As far as the taste it was lacking compared to other locations. I would highly recommendordering from another location. Read more
