Actually got pizza hut pizza 2 nights in a row. Got the 2 medium one toppings for 6.99 each first night with parents and we... loved them! So when I had company the 2nd night I went back and got the big dinner box with honey barbecue chicken bites. I saybites cause they weren't as big as wings. But still delicious. Had to pay extra for cheese sauce as it only comes withmarinara sauce for breadsticks. Over all good prices and delicious! Read more
The level of service given to me and my friends was not the same level of service we witnessed being given to other patrons when... we visited this location. Being a former restaurant employee, I know what to look and I was not impressed. Took longer to begreeted and served than I noticed for other tables. Pizza was also over sauced. Food is alright. Had a personal pan with veggies and breadsticks. Dipping cheese sauce is good. Waitress never asked to refill... my drink. Was slow to delivery bill.never came back to pick it up so we went to the front to pay. Frustrating!! Read more
They have started the hidden fee game. $10 lunch buffet. But if you get a drink it's $3 more. So I spent $13 for a lunch for... myself. They don't tell you that when you get there, they won't let you get a box and just get some pizza and go either. Nosigns saying drink does not come with the food either. When places start doing business like this people quit going. And nowyou know why so many Pizza Huts have closed down. This is a long one. It took 20 minutes after seating us for heather to take our order. After we recieved our pizza, it was the... meat lovers or it was supposed to be. They skimped hard on the toppings.after eating and having to search the store for heatherto get a box we realized they charged us for drinks instead of water. That was corrected when we brought attention to it. Alsoour marinara sauce had the consistancy of tomato soup.That being said heres where it gets fun heather our fun loving hostess/waitress was a real princess with her air pods in her ears, and hickies all over her neck. The guy making pizzas spent more timepulling up his pants than making pizzas. And lastly the place was dirty. 2 tables were left uncleaned when we arrived and no oneeven attempted to clean them the almost hour we were there. Crew at this location have no sense of urgency, no customer serviceskills, and apparently rather play on their phones then service paying customers.
