Very upset about my visit this evening. I love pivot. I love the atmosphere, the food and balcony. I even celebrated my birthday... dinner here. Tonight was a completely different experience. I was with my friend, it wasn?t busy at all. We went outside to sitat a table and we were never greeted, not even a smile or menu. After sitting there for about 10 mins and the server passing usseveral times, I went inside and spoke to a man who was also working asking if we should just order at the bar or inside?he toldme we didn?t need to do that a server would be with us. Another 15 minutes pass, still no help another couple sits and isimmediately greeted by the female server that was blatantly ignoring us. We went inside and stood at the bar, also after severalminutes of waiting the guy I had asked about ordering inside asked how he could help us..we asked him why we hadn?t been servedor helped after waiting well over 20 minutes. He seemed surprised that we hadn?t been helped and handed us menus. At this pointwe felt so uncomfortable even being there or ordering we left. I?m so sad because I was looking forward to it. Typical hotel bar, bar tender was unable to make some pretty basic drinks. Decent selection, but over priced.
It was good food. Kinda funny but NOT the servers had a argument of who's table was who's.. IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. I personally... felt like leaving. #RESPECT PLEASE.. Read more
Had a great time at the Amapiano night. Really took me back to my roots (Africa). I enjoyed listening to African music all night... ???? I hope they keep doing these types of events; I?ll definitely show up each time. Read more
