Recently went here for the first time and I liked being able to create my own pasta through the website and do curbside pickup.... Pasta tasted great, but I?m knocking off a few stars because they only drizzled the sauce on top and most of my noodles weredry. Is this normal? I don?t know why anyone would want dry pasta, seems odd. But the cannoli chips were INCREDIBLE, I?d comeback just for those. Read more

Very good food and different experience. I have tried both their pastas and wraps. Both of them are amazing. For additional... spicy kick, I order their cilli oil on side and the oil is amazing and tasty! Read more

I had a great chicken ceaser salad with added cucumber. Everything tasted fresh and tasted great. The store was clean and... absorbed sound nicely so even when it was full the sound level was very tolerable. Read more

My wife and I found Piada by accident and it was a very good accident! While I can't remember both dishes, both of us enjoyed... the fresh ingredients so much. You food is made right in front of you, assembly line style. The food was fast and the servicewas excellent too. We are still very cautious about eating indoors, so we look for places with outdoor seating. The restaurantis very nice looking in and outside. But don't let that put you off if you are dressed casually. There were people in businessattire and just as many dressed casual. Check it out. Read more

I ordered the Bacon & Blue with stake added. Per the menu brown rice and quinoa was supposed to get part of the salad bowl, but... mines did not come with any. The flavor was more on the peppery side instead of sweet and subtle. It was okay. Read more

Piada Italian is an open kitchen restaurant and located right across the faishon mall in Carmel. They have ample of parking in... front of Restaurant and offeres indoor and outdoor seating options. The menu is simple and staff is helpful. Most of the foodbowl are available in small and regular sizes and while ordering the powerbowl for dinner I thought It might not be sufficientand after finishing the bowl I was completely full. The ingredients are fresh and I took the powerbowl with grilled salmon andit was cooked perfectly. They have Pepsi products on fountain and also on the other side have 2 italian soda fountain with orangeflavour and berry flour, the same fountain spot also has 2 types of flavored tea. I enjoyed my meal here and definitelyrecommend this place for a quick grab or dine in. You will not regret the food here. Read more

First I wish Google allowed 1/2 stars so I could rate Piada at 4.5 stars. Billed as"Italian Street Food" it's very good,... although I have no idea how authentic it is. I'm not too concerned about authenticity since this is a chain restaurant. Personally I think the menu is straight forward which makes it easy to order. While I tend to be less impressed with chains ingeneral, one advantage is consistency. I've only eaten at a handful of Piada's in the last couple years, they have always beengreat and exactly as advertised. I ordered a BLT piada and added grilled chicken and black olives, but basically you can createyour own and customize it any way you like. I also sampled my wife's pasta Carbonara with Italian sausage. Very tasty, andwhile I wouldn't compare this to a 4-5 star full-service Italian restaurant, this is fantastic for fast food. I really likeplaces that allow you to customize, another reason for high marks here. Why not a perfect 5? I am a big fan of iced tea andalthough they have peach and lemon tea, their drinks are from a self-serve fountain and just average in my opinion. However, they also have a couple "Italian Sodas" and a gallon of blackberry hibiscus lemonade which brings some variety and depth tootherwise standard Pepsi offering. Since this is a regional place (mostly in the Midwest) many of you will only have theopportunity to visit one when traveling... I say it's worth going out of your way to find one. Read more
