My wife and I found Piada by accident and it was a very good accident! While I can't remember both dishes, both of us enjoyed... the fresh ingredients so much. You food is made right in front of you, assembly line style. The food was fast and the servicewas excellent too. We are still very cautious about eating indoors, so we look for places with outdoor seating. The restaurantis very nice looking in and outside. I ordered the Bacon & Blue with stake added. Per the menu brown rice and quinoa was supposed to get part of the salad bowl, but... mines did not come with any. The flavor was more on the peppery side instead of sweet and subtle. It was okay. Read more
