I have never written a review before but I feel like this place needed attention. I wish I could give these place 0 stars. The... woman who was cooking our food was yelling at people AFTER they paid that ?if you order food, you better expect 20 minutesbefore you get ?nothing?. There were only 4 other people waiting on food? Everyone was extremely uncomfortable and I will nevercome back. This may sound petty but it was very uncalled for and inappropriate. Avoid this place- they don?t seem like they wantto do their job. Read more

Just moved in a block away, was anxious to try this location-Indy 46254. (Actually haven't been to a Penn in 5 or 6 yrs.) Online... menu prices & sizes differ greatly! Decided on 8" Philly & small fries for approx. $10, but actual final cost $14.26. Had towait on fresh fries...NOT worth the wait or the $3.99. 8" Philly abt $3 more than online price, but once I got past the dry endof the bun, the flavor was as great...have had better, but still a close 2nd or 3rd. May have to return for another one daysoon. But, some COUPONS would be helpful (in case someone at corp actually physically reads these reviews & cares) Read more

WORST sandwiches ever!!!! I had not had Penn Station in years so I decided to take my kids there so they can try them. I ordered... them online and got a specific time to pick up. Got there in time but still had to wait almost 20 minutes past the set time. Notthe best customer service, I get they are busy but still could have taken a few seconds to let me know it would take longer andI would be fine with it. Finally got them and went home to eat, and the first disappointment was the look of them. They lookedmore like stuffed breadsticks rather than a sandwich. I thought maybe with the prices of food, maybe they had to cut back in theamount of ingredients they put into a sandwich. I thought maybe the flavor would save them, but no. My sandwich tasteddisgusting. I bought 4 sandwiches and 2 large fries and paid $59, and the fries were the only edible thing. I don?t know if thequality of the food is standard on all Penn Stations now, but this one on 57th is hardly edible. I will definitely never spendone cent on this place. I?m glad there?s is a Subway and a Jimmy John?s near by. Definitely not worth even a star. Read more

The young lady that took my order was friendly and made me feel welcomed. Cook was on point! My cheese steak here is always... fresh and good. Pricey but worth it. I always order a regular cheese steak with banana peppers, onions, extra meat, extracheese and mayo on the side. It never disappoints!!! Thanks for always making this Florida girl happy she stopped by when intown! Read more

This place was pretty decent. The staff was friendly. The facility is very clean. The ingredients are super fresh. For example,... fresh squeezed lemonade and fries made straight from potatoes just before they hit the fryer. Read more
