Ordered sausage pepperoni 6 cheese pizza and bacon cheesesticks. The pizza I received barely had any cheese and got plain... breadsticks instead of bacon cheesesticks. Called several times. Kept being put on hold and hung up on. My wife called and wastold we'd get a refund twice. We agreed and they changed it to half off our next order. What next order? I never received thefirst one. Rude, got our order completely wrong. Kept throwing us on hold, told us twice they would refund our money then said half off... next order. So incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL. I would be ashamed to work at this store. Rudest customer service I have ever comeacross. Still on hold now waiting for a manager and it's been 15 minutes. This store sucks. I was going through a rough day today and I was getting hungry. I recently just had Papa John's for lunch today. And I think... their food is FIRE ???? AKA really great. And I had a grandpa named John. And when I was a kid, I thought he owned the business.So thank you again for great looking great food. This is another occasion where I have to admit that I only delivered from this particular Papa John's on this occasion, but I... have also eaten it this one and it is by far, the absolute best Papa John's in University heights. I waited an hour and a half for wings with NO sauce. I even ordered extra on the side and they forgot it .
I like Papa John's, this location is terrible. Sent 2 pizzas instead of the 5 in the party pack. Next time my pizza was clearly... dropped and someone ate the pepper leaving the top in the box. Read more
Never received my order. Was told Doordash picked the order up and cancelled it, called the store and was told their driver... would deliver. Still never received my order. Called back spoke to Veronica againwas told they would refund me my money butwould have Doordash deliver the order and guess what again never received my pizza. After 4 hours my family and I have to tryand scramble to figure out what we are going to eat. I will never order from Papa John?s again. This situation has definitelyleft a bad taste in my mouth.
