4 pizzas last week no complaints, actually thought this location may have gotten things together until I received 2 tortilla... thin large hand tossed pizzas and 8 breadsticks not 10 as the menu states and they look horrible and they have a crunch to them.Pizza smells of raw yeast. Aug - ordered 32 unsauced wings! Received only 1 range sauce! C?Mon!!! It?s not difficult to get what you say you provide free... vs. customer buying extra! Why is it so hard to get the sauce cups? July 16- So I order pizza and wings again! Paid for extraeach and pizza sauce! When delivered, checked boxes and zero sauces!!!! Asked the driver to go back and get the ranch and pizzasauce and he did! Thank you to the driver especially as I already tip between 15-18% in advance! You guys need to improve yourquality. See attached picture. This past year has been the worst experience at Papa John's. You're greeted by a call center that takes... your order of which you can barely understand them and they can barely understood you. Then the orders are incorrect. I had tocall multiple times. The in store employees and management left me on hold for a total of 33 minutes. I was only able to reachmanagement because I called 3 times in a row to hear the call center get transferred to an employee and then finally managementwhich tried to convince me to cancel my order since I did not get it an hour ago. That was just the first black olive in my MEATZA pizza I found. First time using the reward?s program. Odd timing on that ? I... ordered meat. I hate olives.
