The store staff are awesome! They are so friendly and helpful. They deserve much better support from the call center than they... do. It is not fair to them that the company has a such a terrible ordering system. This needs fixed as soon as possible! Iplaced an order by calling and got some incompetent call center attendant that did not place the order that was supposed to beready for pickup at 1pm. They did not show the order at all! When I called and asked to speak to a manager they insisted ontransferring to the store when it is the call center that caused the problem! I don?t know what the name of the company is thatis taking these orders but they are completely worthless! They wasted my time and now I have a bunch of hungry mouths to feed!Terrible!!!!!!! We order pizza regularly form this site almost every week. Delivery has gotten really bad. Majority of the time the pizza is... cold like it was not in a pizza bag and the butter is not liquid but rather a gel. When the driver gets to our door they juststand there. If we did not have a ring doorbell we would not know they are there. Or they call while they are standing at ourdoor from an out of state number. We don?t answer numbers we don?t know because they are normally scammers. Do better!!! Read more
Put in an online order for pickup. Arrived to a locked front door and a 12 car drive thru line. Spent 25 min waiting to pickup a... pizza that was labeled "done" online. No way to actually pick it up fresh. Will never be back... Read more
Ordered through the app. It said the wait time would be 66-76 minutes. 130 minutes later, they bring us a cold, dried out... pizza that isn't cut all the way through, and also has the wrong crust and no toppings. I called for a refund, but I was onhold for 7 minutes with no answer. The pepperoncini was good, I guess. Will never order there again. Read more

I ordered 8 wings but only received 5. The pizza crust was so deflated and crunchy. I?ve never seen or taste anything like it... before. I called and was promised a refund by tony, never got it. I took their online survey, and was promised a refund AGAIN bySteve! Never got it. I paid for food I didn?t get and food that wasn?t worth it. Never received my promised refund. Read more
I pay $5 for delivery along with giving the young lady $5 when she arrived here after already tipping her on line. Needless to... say my order was incorrect.
