Unbelievable. Truly. I placed an order for delivery at midnight for a store that closes at 12:30 am (which is about a 5 minute... drive from my house). I was quoted 26-30 minutes for arrival. As of 1:35 am my order hadn't arrived, so I called to check onit. I was told verbatim "we didn't have a delivery driver and we didn't feel like making it, so we just refunded your order." No one was planning to tell me that; I was just supposed to figure it out on my own. And also, "did I consider when I called,because [they] all want to have a life." I have never been so dumbfounded by a supposed customer service-based establishment inmy entire life. Read more

We order pizza from this Papa John?s all the time and their delivery and also pick up goes smoothly for us. On a busy Friday... night we ordered close to their closing, and Shane was super nice about that and assured us that we were going to get our orderdelivered that night despite them being down delivery drivers! Received a delivery pizza from this location. It was 30-40 minutes late. The pizza was also delivered to the wrong apartment.... The only reason I knew it was delivered was because I was checking the tracker. Once we brought it back, it looked like someonehad been messing with it. This is not a full pizza. I called the location, and was told that since we had "taken a picture ofthe driver" we would not be helped, and we would have to contact corporate. I told them we never saw the driver or even got aknock on the door, and we were told we still just had to contact corporate. No sort of help or offer to make it right at all. Idon't feel comfortable eating old food that has obviously been touched by someone else. Read more
They close at 1:30 AM and that?s fine, but why did they take my order and then cancel the order without any mention of closing... before being able to fulfill it?? I ordered far before closing. Shut down your orders if you can?t fulfill them. Don?t send appupdates or emails saying ?30 minutes until delivery? if you?re going to cancel the order. Read more
We ordered a large pizza, two 2-liters, dessert, the works. We had also ordered 4 additional sauces that we paid for. The stuff... arrived, no sauces. So I called to tell them there was no sauce, and since I had paid for 4 sauces I would like my money back.The manager says he will give me free sauce next time. We were not planning to order again because the food was not good anyway. I told him I want my. My money back gor the sauce 8nstead. He said that isn't how things work. Not how things work? Worst pizza crust I?ve ever had in epic stuff crust. Spoke with the manager and said pizza is acceptable @ roughly 1/16? and the... crust is extra thick. Pizza was also made to be well done. They use the same amount on dough on all pizza. Read more
So today I came into this papa johns and FIRST OF ALL. The people working the front counter had a TERRIBLE attitude. I get that... we have bad days but this was just unbelievable. So I gave them my order which was a medium pepperoni with extra cheese. Theytook my order and it took them almost 2 hours just too make it and it wasn?t even busy. I went to open my pizza box and I sawthis weird creation of a pizza. They put two wings and mushrooms with looks to be barbecue sauce. This is NOT what I ordered ATALL, they think this is funny but it?s not it?s just purely disrespectful and annoying when your trying to get something to eatafter work and they give you this after taking a long time and having attitude. Will not come back here. and they didn?t evenhave the audacity too cut it and just gave it to me whole with no sauce or anything. I?m very disappointed and WILL NOT comeback to this papa Johns.
