Staff is friendly, pizza is always well made. It's not the best pizza but for Papa John's this is about as good as it gets.

We can always count on pizza delivery from the Fox Rd Papa Johns. Our orders don?t magically get lost, we don?t receive a call... that there?s no delivery tonight, our pizza doesn?t arrive cold. It arrives when they say it will (usually around 30 minutes),the quality is always good & and the delivery drivers have all been nice and courteous. I ordered a NY Style pizza and this is the quality of work this location provides! I?m severely disappointed because I keep... giving you chances and you continuously fail me and my kids who love papa johns, but are going to love some Pizza Hut in thevery near future. I am officially done with this location and Papa John's. On the app I ordered a new NY style pizza for $13 and check the box for... extra cheese and some how it converted it to an Epic Stuffed Crust pizza on their ticket and NOT ON MY APP SIDE. Waited 45minutes. I wouldn't accept the pizza and the manager says sorry you can go to the back of the line and wait another 45 minutesfor their mess up. 6 orders in the last few months with 1, just ONE order right. The Geist location is a joke as is theapp... UPDATE after the 2nd round of 45 minutes. They did not remake the pizza. Instead I was handed a stuffed crust nastyrubber disk that had cheese on it that had an original sticker on it from 45 minutes prior. (Oh I have it on video of us tossingit around like a Frisbee) They then proceeded to tell me they did remake the pizza to a NY style and showed a random receipt.But "we can only assume a delivery driver took the wrong pizza. If you can wait another 20 to 25 minutes, we can make you whatyou ordered.". It is 913 at night. Just got home. Original order was at 6:43PM. The best part was the vaping in the back of thestore. I've ordered here several times recently, and almost every time there are large portions of the pizza that don't have sauce or... toppings due to very large air bubbles. The last two times I'm not sure they put any sauce on when I ordered alfredo, andordering extra cheese was a waste of money because it wasn't there. The crust is wafer thin, tough, and especially hard in spotswhere there are massive amounts of toppings and sauce missing. There was one time we ordered and they put so much sauce andcheese I had to eat it with a spoon, no joke. The crust on that was ridiculously thin too. This location is the worst pizzaplace I've ever been to, but it's the only one that delivers to me. This place is a waste of money, and only fills you withdisappointment and disgust. This has always been evening shifts. I typically order betweening 7pm - 10:30pm. I'm going to haveto find another location because they don't know how to stretch and perforate dough or add toppings and sauce appropriately. Read more
Having recently tried delivery from 3 other pizza restaurants, I?m returning to Papa johns for its value and quality. My... personal favorite is the new cheesy crust one, there are many topping choices that Papa johns offer. Delivery is also veryfast. Love the exceptional service. Read more
Pizzas were not what I remember from Papa John. Nobody was happy with the order. Not likely to return.
