This mornings drive through (husky girl with deeper voice and dark hair) just isn?t polite. Instead of saying I?m sorry we don?t... carry whole wheat?..she gets an attitude and corrected me in a scolding condescending way?.you mean white whole grain. I said noI mean whole wheat and again she repeats you mean white whole grain. I?m not a child and intolerant to such treatment. I get towindow and try to use Apple Pay and she says in order to do that I will have to touch your phone. A politer method would be doyou mind if I take your phone in order to use your Apple Pay. Her tone and customer service is lacking. At no point did shethank me for using the service. I don?t usually write review but she moved me to do so. Read more
The person receiving my order at the drive thru obviously was not having a good day. She was abrupt and rude. I asked if they... had muffins she responded with "yes. All of them". I had to ask what kind. When I asked for the total, she said I'll tell youwhen you drive up. When I drove up to the window I told her her customer service skills were not satisfactory. This is my favorite Panera around the Indianapolis and extended area. They do things right and the food is always good. Great... drink options. The staff is usually very nice and fun. Try out there unlimited sip club if you buy a lot of sodas or coffees. Read more

Cat was the drive thru associate and although she seemed as if she was irritated and had an extremely long day, she was cool! My... lady & I ordered a full chipotle chicken avocado melt with a Tomato, Basil & Cucumber Salad and it was mmmm, mmmm, good! Read more
Don?t go here, have ordered from plenty of paneras and this one is the worst across 5 states. I can not eat meat and was looking... forward to a sandwich I have had MANY times. Staff was fantastic and food service was excellent. The restaurant had an individual working the floor keeping tables cleaned... and was well prepared for a major youth soccer tournament. The only issue was the self service station was not working. Read more
