Doors didn't open ontime. Sitting here waiting on sides (rice/fried rice and chow mein). Ask for just steam rice but even that... is not ready although window employee walks up with a bowl of rice for drive thru. Force to wait and didn't have the opportunityto even order first since I've been waiting. Disappointing. Read more

Have a 20 minute video of the manager Tong refusing to serve me food because i want fresh food. She told all her employees to... ignore me and she never served me even after 20 minutes of waiting. Instead she called the police and wanted them to come for noreason, oh because i wanted fresh food. She did not serve me and all the employees ignored me and her and two other employeessaid they will not serve me and will call the police on me. I called corporate and reported Tong, they did nothing. Soon thisvideo will be surfaced around to show the world how Panda Express lets their Managers disrespect paying customers for no reasonat all. Is there any where i can send the video to make it be seen and go viral? This is the WORST panda express I?ve EVER beento! It?s not fair to not be served because i want fresh food. She served 3 other Chinese people before me and gave them noproblems but insisted on giving me problems for twenty minutes after i just had surgery and was very hungry. She then came frombehind the counter to take items of mine from me. Very unprofessional. I felt she was going to hit me that?s how close she gotto me! This is unacceptable treatment! And again corporate did nothing! I felt discriminated against, left with no food, evenwith corporate! I left a report and requested a call back, never got one. They?re the enablers to their managers behavior. Ordered chicken teriyaki with rice bowl . No season , tasted horrible with fatty skin no meat! Like they took out meat package... and place on grill . Rice was dry. And to top it off , they gave me teriyaki sauce in package..when did that start?! I threwwhole meal away . Waste of my $10 Read more
Placed a order for family feast and when we got it the food was hot and fresh and so good. Also all the employees were very nice... and greeted us when we walked in. Definitely a very good experience and I'm thankful for the good service and good food!! Read more
Food came out fairly quick and tasted pretty good. The servers were kind and it wasn't too expensive.
I used to love your Teriyaki chicken and noodles; however, recently the noodles have been dry and the texture is terrible. This... used to be my favorite Panda Express, but I cannot tolerate the dry, straw-like noodles. The chicken is still good though. GuessI will have to switch my go to meal now. Read more
