This was my first time at this location & it was amazing. Nick went above & beyond with his customer service & that alone made... my visit here even better. I'm a vegetarian so I get lots of side items & make it a meal. The Brussel sprouts were delicious &are fairly new to the menu. I would definitely come back here again when I'm in the area. We stopped at the Outback on a Friday night around 7:00, but it wasn't terribly busy -- we waited about 15 minutes for a table.... The hostess mentioned to a couple of people that they were a little slow because there was no one to bus the tables thatevening. We weren't in a huge hurry, so no worries. We were seated and our server took our order after taking a relatively longtime to bring us drinks. After 45 minutes (I know because they texted me when the table was ready) we didn't have our salads. Icomplained to the server and she went back and immediately came back with salads. She talked to the manager and they comped themeal, which was the right thing to do. She said that the kitchen was backed up, but I think that they just forgot because thepeople who sat down 35 minutes after us got their food at the same time we did. The server looked like she was waiting on about7 tables, which is way too many, so I don't think it was her fault. They probably needed 4 more servers; it really wasn't verybusy, easily a quarter of the tables were empty the entire time. The food was good once we got it, although they only had primerib done medium well or well (who would eat that?), so I opted for a ribeye instead. Not a big deal because I liked the ribeye. Read more
#AccordingToArmon OUTSTANDING customer service by Noah! He was very professional, inquisitive & well informed in regards to the... menu and what Outback serves! He also was able to hold good conversation, and was not overbearing! The food was also prettygood! We ordered 2 Lobster Tails, a Ribeye Steak with Barbie Shrimp, Loaded Potato, Loaded Sweet Potato, Broccoli, and asalad! The Lobster Tails were on point, very juicy and were about 6-7 inches in length! The stead was well seasoned and did notneed any A1; cooked medium well and was very tasty! The shrimp was also good! We ordered a desert as well which was a ChocolateBrownie with Nuts, a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream on top & Whipped Cream! The brownie to be honest seemed as if it was one ofthose instant ready brownies that only require water to make; it was very thin and light. The ice cream was good tho! Overallwe spent about $75! Went during evening time, was very busyso we sat in the bar. Our waiter was doing a wonderful job, can't remember his name but... was very efficient and kept us informed as to our meal. Have been to Outback before we're we live and wasn't impressed, so wasleery of coming here, but it was a very enjoyable time. It was 11-12, hope the waiter is figured out and given praise for hishard work and efficiency. Would come back here again. Read more
