Rude server told multiple people that they were out of everything. Server left before we finished our food.
The decor/ambience is somewhat anonymous and sterile -- not really at the level of Nordstroms itself. In addition, you are... required to line up at the cashier as you go in and quickly (to avoid holding up patrons behind you) scan the menu and order. You then then take a table and your food is brought to you by a server. In other words, Panera service, but at significantlyhigher prices than Panera. The food was acceptable, although my steak was medium rather than the medium rare I ordered. Read more

Like the Good'ol days, a sophisticated restaurant in a sophisticated "yesteryear department store"-like mall store. This is a wonderful hideaway with talented chefs and great service. Only gone on evenings and never found it crowded. Not... pretentious and quiet enough with booth seating one can actually hear one's partner. Great steak frits and excellent salmonsalad. Read more
Decided to try out this place after watching my favorite streamer Yui talking about it the last few days , service was probably... the best I have received in a long time and to be able to be served by her was probably the best experience I could think of.And the food was exquisite, honestly sad that I never knew this place existed until I heard Yui talking about her day workingtheir.
