Great food with a wide selection of dishes, only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it can be a little pricey.
Ordered a Chicken Caesar salad on Sept. 10th before closing and got home only to realize they left off the chicken. Had to go... back out and get something else as they had closed. Returned the next day and sale was remade but customer service could usesome work. Never apologized and was more worried about throwing away an old salad instead of giving you something for yourtrouble. Read more
The food was good but it felt like all the coworkers were just judging my friend and I. They did not greet us or say anything to... us until we had to tell one of them that we wanted to order. The whole time we were ordering, the workers were just staring atus and whispering in the back. It was extremely uncomfortable to be there and I will be going to a different noodle & co fromnow on even if I have to drive further. Read more

Update 1/15/22: ordered a favorite today. Noodles hard and burned. Sauce left off. Super disappointing because it’s been... consistently really good. Today was pretty much inedible. Previous review (2021; 3 stars): So happy to gave an opportunity toget takeout during their limited hours today. I placed the order online in advance for pickup and it was ready on time.Unfortunately I should have checked the order before I left. The chicken was left off one of the meals. The eggs in the pad Thai were completely burnt. I had to throw out half of it. Over the years, this location seems to struggle... with making the food correctly. I really hate driving all the way to the Carmel location but I guess that’s what I’ll dountil these problems with the cooks are fixed. My green curry pasta with shrimp was really good and had a good amount of spice. I loved that the shrimp was bite size not salad... sized. Its my time here so I did not know what to expect. My family enjoyed the pasta as well. Mac and cheese with bacon is goodfor the little ones. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom could have used a little cleaning but otherwise I enjoythe experience. Read more
The bag was crunchier than my lettuce in my side Caesar salad. The largest piece of lettuce was rotten and not green at all. The... pictures prove how old the lettuce was. This was the first time and the very last that I come to this establishment. Just tothink I was going to order a big Caesar salad. I would have had to waste that whole salad like I did the side and that small cupwas $2.75. I paid $2.75 for old lettuce! I also got a Mediterranean salad and substituted the olives for avocado. I honestlythought it was going to be fresh pieces of avocado in the salad but nope. A big glob of ancient avocado was finally waiting tobe eaten on top of the salad. I would not have cared if it was a glob of fresh avocado but I guess Noodles & Company does notknow what fresh is. They should stick to noodles if they do not know how to serve fresh lettuce, I’m just saying. I shouldhave taken myself to California burger or Longhorn Steakhouse ????. #TheDissapointment Read more
