Alex I believe (the Chef) & Abby (a sweet waitress). I appreciated not only the service the quick response they had to our... situation. The food was impeccable my husband & I shared an course of the Alfredo, a Caesar salad as well as bone-in wings withthe sauce on the side. Everything was served fresh, piping hot. do not order. 20$ for less than a portion size of food. no “sun dried” tomatoes nor “garlic parmesan crostinis”. It... literally came with white american bread sliced in half and cherry tomatoes. Absolutely not what i ordered. waste of money. Read more
Hostess was either on some mind altering drug or just clueless and lazy. People waiting in front of us were treated very rudely.... Our waitress, Cindy, was great. I ordered a crusted, baked penne and the photo is what I received. It wasn’t baked, itwasn’t penne, and it wasn’t hot. As we left, the manager was sitting with someone, even though they were severelyunderstaffed. Disappointing. Read more

While their attention to detail in terms of decor are outstanding, their attention to detail of to go orders are not. Every... time! I’m sad to say I’ll probably never eat here again. Never received a phone call from the manager as promised, either.Eat somewhere else! Clearly I asked for cheddar cheese only and got goat cheese as well. Not happy I had to pitch my $20 salad. UPDATE: It's been two weeks since posting this review. There has been no contact by restaurant management/ownership. I am most... definitely done with Murphy's. I had read some positive reviews and decided to give Murphy's a shot. I ordered wings, a cheeseburger (medium), and fries to eat during Monday Night Football. Delivery was 30+ minutes late. I live 5 minutes from therestaurant and Grubhub was not the cause. The $12 burger was grossly over-cooked beyond well-done and was inedible. Itreminded me of a charcoal briquette. (See photo) The $12 wings were represented on the menu as "1 pound of our house breadedboneless wings" which turned out to be less than 8 ounces. Yes, I weighed them after opening the container. (See photo) The $3fries were not bad. I called 3x to speak to a manager or owner. Each time I called the phone rang multiple times without ananswer. I ended up leaving a voicemail. So we tried out Murphy's Craft House and it was amazing. We got the fried goat cheese and while we were scarfing that down... enjoyed delicious drinks, I got the long island and My wife enjoyed the Old Fashioned with Maker's Mark and she loved it. Ourfood came out and we enjoyed it throughout the evening. Great food and drinks. The rib eye steak was delicious and the beetsalad was super thanks to our server Doug for a wonderful night. Such a cool look for a restaurant. Lots of decor, great craft food and drinks, and live entertainment and holiday events.
