After spending 2 hours+ in the ER tonight due to no disclaimer on their menus about peanut butter being used in “all their lo... mein sauces” (quoting the woman on the phone who also was annoyed when we asked for more clarity on what had peanuts in it),we will not be coming back. While their food was ok, the fact there was no disclaimer about peanut butter anywhere on their menuor online, just can’t support a business like this. Food was hot though, lo mein was ok, rice was kinda dry, overall 4/10 onfood. Reason for the 1 star. Read more

Got some really bad food. I was sick for 3 days. Shrimp tasted like it was soaked in bleach.

Customer Service is the worst. She seemed annoyed as I walked in the door. Her child was sitting up front in pajamas picking... its nose. There seemed to be some sort of a wood project in the middle of the floor going to the back. When I received myfood I asked where my soup was. I was reprimanded by the lady telling me that I did not specify what soup I wanted and gotextra meat instead and the next time I need to tell her what soup I want to get soup. No need. Wont be a next time. Read more

This place has absolutely the worst customer service possible! They are still providing no dine-in service in an area... completely without mandates. Rude from the minute she greets you. Never going back. They are in the wrong business. Dirty too! Read more

This place has such a horrible customer service female that answers the phone, it truly is a wonder this place ever has... customers at all?? She is ALWAYS rude on the phone, even when your trying to be nice or just ask questions and she knows yourgetting ready to drop $$!! If they where slammed busy all the time I guess I could understand from time to time but she isALWAYS NASTY AND RUDE on the phone!! Call door dash or Uber if you want food from Mr. Wok to avoid the black whole on the otherend of the phone that can only guessed to be Mrs. Wok!! Read more

Worst possible customer service! Got our order completely wrong and when we tried to correct it she said "no no no that is not... right" and would not even listen it hear what we were missing. She said we needed to pay more. We paid $50 for a small shrimpfried rice( supposed to be large), 1 egg fu young (was supposed to be 2), and 1 sweet and sour chicken (supposed to be 2). Ofcourse there is no receipt to prove what we ordered and what was paid for. We will never come back. Read more

This is actually my uncle & aunt’s restaurant, I’ve been there more times than I can count and that includes all the food... I’ve had. From lunch to dinner it’s always been good, just reminds me of my parents’ restaurant. Always fresh, hot, andready to serve with lots of dedication & hard work. The price is fairly lower compared to other Chinese takeouts, especiallywith prices going up for meats & vegetables. My personal favorites -Egg Rolls -Fried Rice -Lo Mein -General Tso’sChicken -Chicken Wings -Chicken Sticks -Boneless Spare Ribs Read more

This unassuming place is the BEST Chinese food I've had in at least 5 years. Simple, modest, fair-priced. But the food... itself... I would pay twice as much as they charged me. Huge chunks of crab in the rangoon! Perfectly seared proteins, saucesbalanced and savory. Today they earned a customer for life. Read more
