Pizza had not one but TWO long pieces of hair on two separate pieces of pizza. Called in and the manager Parker got on the phone... greeting me with ?yes what can I do for you?? AFTER I already spoke with the employee and told them the issue. I asked him justto make sure, did they not tell you what was going on? ? yea they did, what can I do for you? as a manager why are you notstarting the conversation off by apologizing and also why are you asking me how to solve the issue instead of offeringsolutions. We combined a meat lovers and a margherita..the waitress ( I think she was the owner) said she's never seen that. It was ready... in 10-15 minutes and was very good. She asked us if it was good . We told her yes and offered a bite...she said no thanks...fineby me.. there was more for me.... great place.. great service.. great price... might say the place is great. Read more

I was excited about eating here but my bread sticks was 3 hours old and my 3 topping pizza was more like 1 1/2 toppings I only... had sausage on less than half. I spoke with the manager India she stated the bread sticks was made that morning and the are NOTMADE TO ORDER. she offered a refund and I told her a credit would be nice I thought she wanted to know about the food. This Monicals is the go-to for myself and my roommate for takeout or dine in. Usually they are very on-top of your needs and... wants, and we have a particular waitress (I believe her name is India) who always makes us feel at home and comfortable. The waythey season their crust keeps us coming back, and I'm reasonably sure one worker knows us on site. 100% recommend! Read more
Ordered a pan Deluxe and Pepperollies and both were delicious. Crust on the pizza was perfect and plenty of toppings. Server... Antonio was very friendly and quick with drinks and service. 100% would recommend to any pizza lover. Read more
