This McDonalds is one of the worst on the north side. I ordered a hamburger and then the woman at the window argued with me... saying I asked for a cheeseburger with extra cheese. I never order cheeseburgers let alone extra cheese. I was the only personat the drive through. Then my card got charged $5.00 for Amazon/tips at the same time my charge from McDonald?s went through. Iwas so happy to see a new McDonald?s go into my neighborhood, but now I?m sad because it so poorly run I don?t trust then totake my order or to take my payment. Read more
N/A really. Approaching 10 min in drive thru, and clearly an issue with the car in front so not moving anytime soon, I decided... to leave and spend my money somewhere else. Judging by the lack of professionalism at the speaker, I got the distinctimpression that they would prefer I spend my money elsewhere. Will give 2 stars overall. Have to give some credit to abusiness that goes out of it's way to make someone ( a hungry someone) drive off without their food.
