It was 6: 10 am Im waiting by door dont have car to go drive thru. Hours 6am opening. Two day employees show up and night... employee opens door for them they go in I tried to go in he locked as he left saying its closed. On door it has hours it saysopening 6am. As I watched the employees inside stand in kitchen area least 6 of them watching me laughing and mocking me. 6:18am a day manager shows up I complained what is going on why are they not opening doors till whenever. Sometimes it 6 sometimes6:30 sometimes 7 . They dont show up on time for work and want to mock me makes jokes. Im not trying cause problems but why thebad professional manner? She let me come in. It takes the late employees a while to get drawer in to take my order. I waited attable watching waiting. At opening it should be clean and items stocked, never is. There pay for work is talking and mockingcustomers? This is unclean area for beginnning of morning. So nice.????????Now lets address the annoying loud spanish music inthe back kitchen playing loudly. And just 10 min ago a employee came out sat down next to me scarfing down loudly food andplaying his phone recordings sound loudly as well. ???? so pleasant feel like I'm in the New York zoo eating on the patio withpasser by insulting and poking me with pitch forks. This McDonald's stays busy most the time they are fast and service is great. They may have some one off moments but don't hold... that against them if there are 20 cars in line. They seem to handle rush really well in the morning and afternoon when dinnertime hits They can be a little lax but not so much where you are angry. P.s. you shouldn't get angry anyway its fast food ???????? But they keep this location clean Inside and outside and the staff have never been rude some weird order issues with theapp has happen but never in person orders in the drive through or inside. So for a McDonald's this is a 4 out of 5 location. Read more
The line here sometimes looks long but it moves quickly. The person taking the order at the speaker box never makes a mistake,... and I usually see the same lady at the pickup window who always remembers I like a straw to stir my coffee. Imagine trying to pick a door dash and the young kid comes through the speaker with a nasty attitude saying we closed and... instructing you to leave the drive through. Do better. This is not okay to treat anyone like this. Read more
Fast service, tasty food, good location. We enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches on a Monday morning. The place was not crowded.
The night manager is rude. He?s always yelling through the drive through when trying to take your order. I had coupon code and... when I loaded it there was issues and he just kept repeating himself that he couldn?t do anything about it and once I paid thecoupon regenerate and he said oh well. It?s your job to fix these things. I?ve came the drive through previously around thistime and they had everything closed besides fountain drinks. Wow, Ate evening drive-thru visit and they made fresh decaf coffee for me. I mean little Ole me they did that for. That's as... special as it get in my book. I really had the craving and it was satisfied. I will return to this place it on the southside ofGreenwood. Read more
On 11/7/22 I ordered two McDoubles no ketchup, no mustard, add lettuce, add Mac sauce. They did not have lettuce on them, I... called the store and they said they would replace them. I went back on 11/8/22 to get my two replacement sandwiches and thistime they did not have pickles or lettuce on them. HOW HARD IS IT TO GET A SANDWICH CORRECT?!?!?! I want my money back!!! Read more
