I rarely have an issue. They almost always have their ice cream up and running. Can't ask for more.

Went last night to get food for the family. I had ordered a mcchicken with no lettuce, add pickle. And a mcchicken light... lettuce. Then my husband reminded me he wanted two so I asked to actually have 2 of the mcchickens no lettuce, add pickle. Afterordering everything I was given my total but my order never appeared on my screen. I paid and my total seemed appropriate. And Ididn't bother looking at the receipt since my total seemed appropriate to me and it was dark out. Got to the 2nd window andnoticed I was missing my mcchicken with light lettuce. The young lady at the window seemed confused but was nice and asked I hadone made. Then a young man with dreads came to the window and asked what the problem was. I explained to him I was missing amcchicken. Very rudely he says to me that I only ordered two. I said to him that I had asked for 3 when I ordered and that ifthere was only 2 on their screen that I would like to order the one I was missing. I was not being rude and was offering to payfor the one I didn't get. He didn't say anything. Just rolled his eyes, shut the window and walked away. I didn't understandwhat the attitude was for. I wasn't upset. I didn't give him an attitude. And I wasn't asking for free food. The young lady frombefore came back a few seconds later and handed me my chicken. She apologized for the mistake and told me to have a great night.I asked her if I needed to pay for it and she told me no. She was very sweet and the reason I'm giving 3 stars for this reviewinstead of 1. I worked in the service industry for a decade before becoming a business owner and even worked at this exactlocation right out of high school. So I know that there about a dozen other ways that he could have explained to me as to why Ididn't receive my 3rd mcchicken in a polite way. The young lady displayed great customer service. Very unfortunate that this location never provides with good or fair service. Staff and management needs to be properly trained... in how to interact with people. There is ZERO politeness or respect. Crew looks bored/unhappy/unmotivated at all times. Read more

By far the WORST McDonald?s here in Indianapolis. I went this morning 10/7/22 to get breakfast and they forgot my hash brown. I... ended up going back around in the drive through and the owner yells at me that he isn?t going to give me anything unless I havea recent even tho he literally just SEEN me go around the line. And on top of that I made the payment with my card to prove Ipaid for it. He then throws a hash brown to me without the bag and continues yelling he can do anything he wants and that he isthe manager. Clearly you guys need to evaluate who you in position of authority. Undercooked food, literally raw. It?s extremely clear what the issues are here and what needs to be fixed. new staff isn?t... trained thoroughly nor corrected when they make mistakes, and management is either nonexistent or not present at the facilitywhen these things happen. for example: the lady taking my order stopped listening halfway through each item, and rang each itemup as a new order, assuming that each time I spoke it was a different car I guess? (so not paying attention) i paid for what Ithought was my order at the first window, I even read off each item to her to confirm, she said ?yep? I guess to just get us outof the way. then we pulled to the second window with the staff confused as hell, telling me that my order wasn?t taken/rang upin bits and pieces and that I have to go through the drive through again, and apparently all I paid for was one item which Ireceived. wouldn?t mind the wait if the food wasn?t undercooked, or burnt, and if staff was friendly. this is the worst locationI?ve been to and beyond unacceptable. employees need to be trained on people skills and food safety, this can kill someone. I came here early and understand the workers could be tired but that doesn't excuse how they come off towards their customers.... The doors were locked so we had to go through the drive thru and the person who took our order sounded bored. When I presentedmy code upon paying the lady sighed and had a disrespectful tone when talking to us. To top it all off they forgot to give usour juices. Read more

One of the Worst locations I have ever been to in my life. The employees include the management is extremely Rude to you if... they'll even talk to you or look at you while taking your order. The drive through Is a Joke 30 Minutes .. From Ordering to pay10+ Minutes to the Window to get Food.. And NOT Right !! Read more
