It had been six years since I moved from 16 th and Penn St. This McDonald's had went through a make over outside and inside. I... went inside and noticed the new furniture and technology ordered menus for customers. It had the breakfast bagels back on themenu and I ordered the steak bagel combo. This location seems extremely busy in the afternoon, taking orders both inside and at the drive-thru. But everything seemed to... be operating quickly and efficiently. If I could give this place a 0, I would. So I'm going to give them this (????)!!!! I placed an order via mobile app. A big Mac,... large coke, and a cheese Danish. I used my rewards points for the big Mac which was 6000 points (100 points per $1). I'mcurrently living in a shelter and I have a curfew, I literally waited for my food via curbside pickup for 23 minutes. They neverbrought my food out, and I wasn't going to be late. I called 12 times as I waited for my food. They never came. As soon as Iwas done signing myself and my children into the shelter, I received an email notification thanking me for placing my order withthe receipt. So I instantly go on the app to try to cancel and get my money refunded back, but this order in particular wasn'ton the recent order page. I called and called the next day, no one answered. Then 2 days later someone finally picked up andsaid they wasn't going to refund me for my order because they don't know if I had gotten my order and just trying to get freefood! These people need to be stopped! Because I was out taking care of business trying to apply for low income or section 8 andwasn't back on time for dinner, that was my children's dinner. They gave my son mayo in his 4 piece chicken nugget box instead of nuggets. I tried calling and nobody ever answered so I... reached out to corporate and they took my information and never contacted me. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Read more
Please do not eat here if you absolutely do not have to. No complaints about anything staff-related. Just please, please, please weigh the mobile order signs down with sandbags. I?m... sitting in a mobile order spot and the wind just blew this thing over directly onto the hood of my car. It?s not worth goingthrough my insurance to fix it.
