It had been six years since I moved from 16 th and Penn St. This McDonald's had went through a make over outside and inside. This location seems extremely busy in the afternoon, taking orders both inside and at the drive-thru. But everything seemed to... be operating quickly and efficiently. If I could give this place a 0, I would. So I'm going to give them this (????)!!!! I placed an order via mobile app. A big Mac,... large coke, and a cheese Danish. I used my rewards points for the big Mac which was 6000 points (100 points per $1). I'mcurrently living in a shelter and I have a curfew, I literally waited for my food via curbside pickup for 23 minutes. They neverbrought my food out, and I wasn't going to be late. I called 12 times as I waited for my food. They never came. As soon as Iwas done signing myself and my children into the shelter, I received an email notification thanking me for placing my order withthe receipt. So I instantly go on the app to try to cancel and get my money refunded back, but this order in particular wasn'ton the recent order page. I called and called the next day, no one answered. Then 2 days later someone finally picked up andsaid they wasn't going to refund me for my order because they don't know if I had gotten my order and just trying to get freefood! These people need to be stopped! Because I was out taking care of business trying to apply for low income or section 8 andwasn't back on time for dinner, that was my children's dinner. No complaints about anything staff-related. Just please, please, please weigh the mobile order signs down with sandbags. I?m... sitting in a mobile order spot and the wind just blew this thing over directly onto the hood of my car. It?s not worth goingthrough my insurance to fix it.
