This place is the worst!!! I just had to leave after almost 15 mins of being ignored while standing at the register!! The lady... took the girl order in front of me took one look at me and walked off!! I understood the place was busy and had every intentionon having to wait on my food!! She could have took my order (just a Mcdouble) and let me go have a seat to wait BUT NO sheignored me and walked off for almost 15 mins. Worst McDonald?s ever I order chicken nuggets and ask for sauce . They told me to pull up to wait for my order she brought the... food no sauce. So since she was to lazy to walk back inside to get the sauce that comes with the meal she proceeded to tell meit would be 10 cents extra. Also on another occasion I was told to come inside for a free water when I went inside the lady toldme the ice machine was down but I looked at another customer getting ice so she just handed me the cup with an attitude. Probably the worst McDonald?s. Not even talking about the food. Louisa hung up on me when I was standing at the door and then... her excuse was I?m busy. How does it work to but I would never hang up on somebody. Hopefully hanging up on me it was worth herbeing reported because when the managers and next I will be reporting her. Diet Coke tasted like water. Advised lady at counter who relayed info to another employee to check the tanks and said the back... line was the same lines as the front. Another employee came out and pushed both Diet Coke levers and said "it is working". ??? Igot a Coke Zero. Read more
McDonald's is always a safe bet. One of my absolute favorites when it comes to quick food. I typically have a big McChicken... burger with Tropicana juice. Always a long line. Careless employees that don't care about guest service. Careless employees that don't care about getting the... food out and good quality. No HBO's. Sorely lacking good management that knows what's going on. They just need to shut thisthing down and retrain every person from crew up to general Manager. I'm speaking on this is because I managed a store for 3years and there was less than 90 seconds per car. Also we had the food waiting out the window before the car arrived to thewindow. Everything was placed in the bag perfectly as should be and the bag was double folded to keep the heat in. EveryMcDonald's said I've been to since the mid-2000s have thrown all protocol out the window. I now have this image of Ray Kroc andthe McDonald Brothers rolling in their grave as to how far the McDonald's image has declined. You used to feel happy goingthere. Now the only thing you see is soulless eyes staring at you with a hand out expecting you to put money in it. It's safe tosay that McDonald's now does not care if you come back as a customer. It's pretty evident by the self-service kiosk. They'rejust proving that they do not care about guests anymore and it's not about relations with the community. Read more
