Everyone at this place is extremely rude. There's never cashiers at front. And today I witnessed someone making sandwiches... without gloves. Manager was so rude to me. Waited 20 mins for a mobile order and had to go in and manager was so rude sayingthere's not enough people. So hire more people... I wish I would have gotten this ladies name because she definitely need fired.Will also be contacting corporate office about this establishment. Customer service was okay but not very friendly. I saw a really rude response and reaction to a homeless person FedEx for... something to eat. The lady behind the registered responded very rudely and disrespectfully to the person who was only hungry. Read more
If my son with Asd didn't love this place I'd NEVER go here. They are rude and even when you clearly repeat your order they get... it wrong. On top of that the wait is ridiculous. I guess great customer service isn't important to companies anymore. Read more
After waiting 40 mins after I ordered food , finally made it to the window that I had to pay , nobody was there besides a woman... worker who made eye contact with me and walked away , so I proceeded to go to the next window after waiting another 5-7 minsonce I made it to the other window advised the lady nobody was at the other window . She took my card . A black dude came backwith little dreads and decided to scream at me about having patience , refused to give me his name and called me out my namewalking away . The worst place I?ve ever been . For fast food and for anyone to have to wait almost a hour with only 3 vehiclesin front of me . Patience was never the issue . The fact he was not at his station was his own personal problem!!! He obviouslyhas no woman or anyone the lives him because no way a person could be that angry because I paid at the second window !!! The drive thru line was very long. After a 15 minute wait in line. I went inside to place my order and waited another 15 minutes... to place my order because the kiosk machine for the 2nd time that week did not spit out a receipt. The workers weren't happythat a crowd of customers had enter to place their orders, rude to the point of not even a greeting once I was able to getsomeone to come to the counter to take my order, seeming that the focus was on the drive thru orders first. The next time that Icrave a steak bagel, I'll just go further down the road to another McDonald's in the future. I may just get the proper servicetheir. Ugh ???? Read more
This is one of the worst McDonalds I?ve been to in my life. OMG. I went through drive thru and the order taker was extremely... rude and had a nasty attitude. She tried to rush our order but I slowed her down and she got more agitated taking long pausesbefore she responded. We requested salads, as McDonalds we?re trying to do the healthy thing, but the order taker said no saladswere available. This was at 11:05AM. We got our order and we ordered two 6 piece chicken McNuggets happy meals. Well the kidsgot 5 nuggets and in one pack of apples only two slices. We didn?t go back for a correction but I decided just to review them.Horrible experience. If your traveling on the highway and hungry, you may want to bypass this place. #wrachet. In my opinion. Food is OK for as far as McDonald's food can be. To judge this McDonald's Im doing a scale from 1-10 (10 is best quality that a... McDonald's can offer, and 1 is the worst quality a McDonald's can offer). Food is a 3-5, this locations food changes from eachtime I go, but never gets past average McDonald's quality, more often then not the fries will be cold or the oil needs changedthe fries are at best ok sometimes but are never great. Same go's for sandwiches burgers and chicken, sometime they are notwarm enough to melt the cheese, sometimes the burgers are greasy and the bums soak up the Greece, most of time the sandwichesare thrown together, frappes are most 3 out of 5 times either melted too much or not blended enough with chunks of ice atbottom and inconsistent amounts of whip cream and syrup in the frappes, coffee can be cold or Luke warm if you like a goodnumber of creams and sugar in your cup. 4 out of 5 times expect to wait in drive thru longer than normal expectation times andalso expect to be ignored several times if you order inside trying to get order, just know workers will look at you severaltimes but just long enough so you feel like your intentionally being ignored or like they are a animal in the wild trying notto be spotted by humans, lol.
