Rhonda is the rudest manager with no customer service skill. The store is busy. But instead of demonstrating leadership skill... she just went off when asked about the wait. Incredibly rude. Shouldn?t work in customer service. Definitely shouldn?t be inmanagement. Needs to sharpen her professional and soft skills. Perhaps your management?s stunted growth is what may be holdingyour own operational business back McDs!!! Thought about arguing and telling her. I went there at 10:15, they claim to be open till 11 but they won't answer the drive-through and then I went to the window and... the guy just said they're closed. Every single light was on, they looked completely open.. Read more
Go through the drive thru no matter how long the line is. Only kiosk inside. There?s a register but no one to run it. Don?t make... a mistake or forget to add sauce. They are short staffed and hard to get someone attention. (Not their fault) Drive thru! Read more
Went through this past Saturday night and they stated they were having system issues and were only able to take cards and no... cash. Gave the kids in the drive thru my card and they were unable to charge it so they gave us the food for free. Turns outthey stole my card number and started making a bunch of charges on my account before my bank caught it. I tried to call thestore but nobody would pick up! The wait wasn't long at all for how long the line at drive thru was. The food was super fresh. Like so fresh we couldn't eat it... right away and after 10 minutes it was still very hot. Food was made correctly. We always have modifications for our order andit's often times not made correctly. Not even partially. The customer service was great too. They were pretty quick and we had a large order for them to fill. The food was good and the fries ???? were hot. That's a very... good and the best reason to eat at certain ones. No one likes cold fries ????. That's a lot of reasons people choose some overothers. I prefer to wait on hot ones Read more
Went there last night just to get a frappe but no one ever spoke to me ? waited at the speaker box for 25 minutes and still no... response ? lights were on and menu was light up . I pulled around just to see someone in the drive thru window looking out thewindow and watching me drive off with a headsets on. Read more
Clean all around the exterior...very fast service especially for lunch time. We had multiple orders and all were perfectly... packed and the food was hot . All around great experience for a 30 minute lunch. Read more
