Ordered 2 coffees and 1 hot chocolate. Was in line for 4 mins, then asked to pull forward and sat for another 5 mins. Coffee... takes 3 mins to brew so I dont get why someone has to be there 9 mins to get some drinks. I'll go down the road to 465 andMichigan next time. Read more
Gave me the wrong drive thru order. When I took it back, the first employee said "just take it to the 2nd window. The employee... at the 2nd window gave me an old cold sandwich. I had to ask for a fresh order. She told the manager, the manager had anattitude about it and mumbled something. I had to wait ten minutes for the manager to bring me the same old sandwich that hadthe same ticket time from when I placed my original order, she just microwaved it. Google says they are open 24/7. Try to order at the drive thru at 1130pm and a lady rudely tells me ?we?re closed? without even... greeting me. Waste of time driving here. Good thing Taco Bell and Wendy?s next door are open, won?t be trying this locationagain at any time of day. Read more
This is the WORST McDonald's on the planet. The staff is clueless on the simple task of using their own mobile codes. The... so-called managers are all friends together with staff and they refuse any customer service whatsoever. The weekend is muchworse because that's where they put their trainers and the trainers refuse to pay attention during training and have no idealhow to do their job. Read more
Absolutely terrible service. Had to give my order a second time at the window. Guy at the window is being trained at 530pm... while his trainer is taking orders and fumbling with happy meal boxes. Trainer didn?t know how to split a payment for an order. Trainer was copping an attitude with everyone who talked to her and the poor guy being trained was embarrassed by it all. Iwas too. I am sorry to report that they have a problem with getting their orders correct. I place my order on the Kiosk and it was still... made incorrectly. I ordered grilled chicken and receive breaded. Tried to talk to the manager but she was to busy. The itemswere labeled Grilled chicken but were the Breaded chicken. This was the third time this month. After my review of it being trashed, the last few times I've been in here it has been cleaner and the drink station stocked. I... do frequent this McDonalds but usually thru the drive thru. They're always nice and the food is always hot. Read more
got stuck in drive thru for 25 mins wish i was exaggerating. once i got up to the order window took another 10 minutes to... actually order. at first window i got my change but it was the wrong amount. I was supposed to get $1.41, i got 36 CENTS. wheredid that amount come from? tried telling the person at the second window because i didn't realize til i had pulled up but theyshut the window super quick & at that point i just wanted to leave. Wasnt gonna wait another half hour to get a dollar back. Will NEVER go back to that mcdonalds. Read more
